The order was placed in Feburary, a USPS tracking number was assigned but never shipped. After MANY emails to them, they finally responded the end of March and asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund, to which I replied I wanted a replacement. Then 3 more emails to them asking if they replaced my items, they finally replied that they cancelled my order. The customer service dept is non-existent and they do not actually follow through with shipping the item. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them and save yourself the stress and money.

Ordered the pink one on Amazon, and all,they sent was an empty box! Ordered a replacement in hopes of correcting the issue. As of now, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought their NEXUS wallet. When I received it, they had sent the wrong color. I let them know that I wanted to return it and just get my refund. They were very responsive at first and had sent me a shipping label to return it.

Once my returned wallet got to them, I emailed them to get an update on my refund and NOTHING. They stopped emailing back. Thankfully I put a dispute in with Shop Pay and they sided with me as I had all the proof of the wrong wallet they sent and that I had returned it and delivered.

Definitely DO NOT BUY from them. They are scammers and will try to keep both product and money at the end of the day.

Stay away from this Company. They advertise that their wallet will hold 1-12 credit cards but it only holds 9 + 1 outside. Then when you load your cards into it and push up the cards move upward in a clump not individually! Anyway, I had to pester them to get a shipping return that they required and when I shipped it back to them they ghosted me. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card Company. Who needs to go through this in life. Stay away and live happier!

I returned the product 2 months ago and still did not receive the refund. Sent several emails and no response

Purchased several wallets from this business and additional add-ons intending to use as gifts; however after the package arrived I opened one of the wallets to test it and it physically damaged several cards I had put in it to the point I had to have the cards reissued because they were scraped or damaged beyond use. I reached out to support to request a refund and was provided a return slip and shipping. I returned all items from the order within the required return window, as noted on their website, but when the refund was issued I was only refunded less than 50% of my purchase price. The website clearly notes full refund will be issued (minus a $5ish dollar fee for whatever reason) within the return window. I’ve reached out to support several times in the last two months regarding only receiving a partial refund and have not heard back at all. This business is a scam! Provides faulty products, refuses to refund, and not even a week after I returned my products they completely changed the design/function of the slide wallet I purchased on their site and refused to provide me the full refund or even respond to inquiries.

Got my wallet after an eternity of shipping delays and what not. Looks are very appealing however the quality is absolutely unfathomable. and by that i mean horrendous. the stitching was already coming apart mere minutes after i opened it, put my cards in it and put it in my pocket for a few minutes. Also does not hold the advertised amount of cards, the money clip is a complete hassle and completely unpractical, as well as the front card slot. you’ll be spending minutes every time you want to pull the singular card that it can store without needing a pry bar to get it out. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered 3 wallets as Xmas gifts. Tracking has not moved since I ordered 10 Nov. They said one color was not in stock. I have requested full refund 2 days ago and not heard anything.
I would not advise using this company.

I never received my wallet and requested a full refund asap and nothing. Their service is horrible. Do not buy from them. Spoke with Maria Hoffman and still nothing. Order #1640. I paid $118 and never received refund or item. I want a full refund. Thanks

Terrible. Wallets are poor quality. Email for support is a dead link. Says they have live chat...they don't. I finally got a response on Facebook messenger. They sent a return label. Haven't heard anything since I sent them back. So they stole $90 and 2 terrible quality wallets from me.

Don’t shop from them, the wallets are expensive and sometimes don’t even arrive like mine. A better option is getting “TRAVANDO SWYPE wallet” on Amazon, literally the same thing but almost half the price

Do Not Shop at Venice Miami!!

Although the product looks good, it does NOT hold the number of advertised cards. Return is almost impossible since there is no return link and emails are ignored. After several attempts I contacted VISA and then Venice Miami contacted be about my return.

I made the return and they content I never returned the wallet! I have the tracking that confirms they received the wallet. They also told VISA that I had NOT shipped it back.

I am still waiting for a credit.

Since they still come up on my facebook feed, I find it interesting that there are NO COMMENTS! Apparently they do not like the less than complimentary posts that people are posting.

My saga started in April 2025.

Please don’t shop on this website. Too many red flags with this brand. The emails listed on the website and on the Instagram page are inactive. They come back to the inbox as: Your message wasn't delivered to support@************ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Though their presence is visible on social media platforms, multiple people on Tik tok has complained already that they haven’t received their product since they made their purchases. Beautiful product though based on what I saw online but they need to be able to show potential customers that they aren’t scammers and they need to reveal their return/exchange policy and warranty details. Also trust pilot need to verify with the company that the following email is accurate: info@************* but it doesn’t work either.
