I would rate this sh** site as less than 1 star if I could. They have fake reviews on their website suggesting the excellent quality of the items. Furthermore, I always read the return policy on a site before I order, as I did this time. I ordered 3 dresses, all of which showed up as a cheap fake alternative to what was actually pictured. I contacted the company to request the address so I could return them, and sent photos of the items as requested. They REFUSED to give me the address for nearly 2 weeks. When they finally did, I paid for the shipping myself including confirmation of delivery as they said they would refund my money once received. I have confirmation the items were delivered on 8/30/18, and they CONTINUE to refuse to refund my money. This company needs to be put out of business.

The clothes were awful. I paid the shipping to have them returned, tracked the package and it was received in June of 2018 and signed for. I have yet to receive my refund (January 2019) and now no one is answering my emails! Out $172 dollars! This is a scam!!

I paid almost $100 for clothes that took almost a month to get here, smelled like mold, and nothing looked like it did in the picture. They told me they would give me a $5 coupon at first to make up for it. Ummm I dont think so, I'm not buying from you again! Their final offer was an $8 refund. Their excuse is because it's too difficult to return items to China. If I could give them 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND TERRIBLE CLOTHES!!! Dont waste your money!!!

I placed two orders with this company. My first order came and the items were okay. Not perfect but not awful. I decided to place a second order but was notified that my order was marked as “undeliverable” because of my address. This made no sense being I had received my first order without any issues. I asked the company how they would proceed and they said they would issue me a refund when the package was sent back to them. This was 3 months ago. I email them every 2 weeks only to get a “thank you for your request, we will send this to our support team for review”. And of course nothing happens. I have officially filed a claim with PayPal and hoping they can help me with my refund. If they don’t, I will be forced to go through my bank. Praying I didn’t wait too long to take these measures. I will update my post if anything happens.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! 3 MONTHS LATER STILL NO MERCHANDISE AND SAID IT WAS DELIVERED. THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE THEIVES!!!

Disgusting experience! I had an unauthorized charge by this company show up on my account. I googled their name only to find out that they are just a crooked and shady business based in China! Now I have to wait until an "investigation" takes place before I can get my funds back. I have no idea how they were able to get a hold of my account information.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I never received my order and it has been 3 months. They will not issue me a refund. They do not have a customer service number. A robot responds to my emails in broken English. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the mail was returned / incorrect address on file with Better Business Bureau. No address or working telephone number found online. I'm out almost $100 on my order that was never received. I should have looked at their reviews first before ordering!!

The fabric is very cheap ,customer service extremely bad . One you purchased something you stuck with it . Please don’t buy from this site . I purchased $70.00 and had to throw the clothes away .

This company is criminal. I have an identical experience to the complaints previously listed. I paid $144 for 5 sweaters. One was torn, a second was clearly not the item depicted on their website, and NONE of them fit as they appeared on the models. It's clear that they steal pictures from other legitimate websites, and then hastily create a dupe for your order. I've now engaged in 2 weeks of infuriating emails with Venidress where they recommended instead that I "give or resell the items to family and friends" and offered reimbursement amounting to $5, $10, and $12 the more I complained.

This website is an absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a bathing suit in white, which arrived and looked almost yellow and previously worn. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, the told me that in order to get the correct dress, I would need to pay to have the item shipped back even though it was their mistake. The shipping was going to be around $30, which was almost what I paid for the entire order. They would not resolve the bathing suit issue at all. They even had me send in photos of the items, and still refused a refund or to correct their mistake. $45 down the drain. Terrible customer service as well as product.

I really wish I read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a shirt and a sweater and both look absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I am having the worst experience ever with their customer service department. They are refusing to pay for a return label. Instead, they keep insisting I resell the item or give it as a gift. They have offered a 20% discount to their site, which I obviously do not want. We have been going back and forth for days now and I will continue to do so. I read reviews on these items before ordering and all the reviews make the items sound great! I'm sure the company writes those reviews themselves because when I tried to write one, it didn't show up. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!
(This is the first negative review I have left EVER) My experience was that bad.

This is the worst company ever!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered a few dresses in May and they came in faulty. I sent pictures and everything they required to get the address where to send my return. Since then, they insist they didn't received the package and keep advising me to wait patiently. If I could take legal actions against them I'll do it, and this is the next thing I'm looking into.
I never post reviews and usually don't make purchases from sketchy companies like this, but if you want to save yourself the money and the trouble of going through hell return, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND REPORT THE COMPANY SO THEY CAN NO LONGER DO BUSINESS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Their clothes are not what is pictured and they are giving me the worst time about returning the item and refunding my money. They actually emailed me back and asked if I could sell it to a friend or give it as a gift! As if I would give a piece of crap jumper to a friend. Then the icing on the cake is they actually asked if they could refund me $4 as opposed to the almost $40 that I spent! Save yourself the time and aggravation and do not order anything from this site.

If I could give them negative stars, I WOULD. These people are THIEVES. After saying they have a return policy, I fought with "customer service" via 14 back and forths to get an address to send the items back (this is in May). I send the items back (paid $25 for shipping) and then weeks ago (in NOVEMBER) I got the package back saying that that address doesn't exist. DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THESE THIEVES.

Venidress is an awful company. They come off with the initial pretense of being a U.S. based company providing a U.S. based contact for customer support, however, they, in fact, purchase their products from China and you will NEVER SEE THEM! Also, I use the word "SUPPORT" extremely light! I placed an order in August - it is now November, nothing! I have reached out to the company several times, IF they reply at all, they say my products are on the way. I have requested my money back on several occasions to no avail! As a matter of fact, they just ignored that part of my email altogether! I have had to dispute it through my credit card company. It really angers me that companies such as this are allowed to do business here within the states!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is the WORST COMPANY. My dresses came smelling like moth balls. They were the most utilitarian styling, not like the pictures at all, the fabrics were terrible. i am going to report them to the BBB. It's obviously from China and there's no real way to get a refund.

Wow i wish i would have read these reviews before i ordered. I ordered 4 items. 3 were okay but 1 didn't fit. I thought i would simply return it. I also had a bunch of other items i was going to order instead. But they emailed me back asking me to send my body measurements and pictures proving it didnt' fit. Then they told me to try to go resell it to someone else and i cant return it. I am so glad i didn't order more. WORST customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Worst shopping experience EVER. Ordered 4 dresses. Only 3 arrived. They were good enough to credit the one mixup. However- the 3 dresses i got were ALL OVER THE PLACE sizing wise- so don't trust their sizing recommendations.

I wanted to return 2 of the 3 dresses i got as they were HUGE & unwearable & they literally told me i should SELL them as it would cost me too much to return them. You'd think they would just take a loss and credit me as the whole experience was horrible (or at least offer a partial credit)- they did neither. I spent $22 to return them to China & 2 months later they're still claiming to have 'not received them.'

Buyer beware- DO NOT buy from this merchant.

I wish that I could give them a zero because if you do not read their website carefully, then you will get screwed. Please understand that I order six sweaters from them in September 29, 2018. And the items did not arrive in 8-15 days because they were coming from China. Yes, China where the people are three size smaller than Americans. I went back and forth with Paypal and the company via email. They do not have a toll free number and if the clothes do not fit you, then your out of money unless you sell the items to family and friends. Which is what Venidress stated to me, because sending them back to China is going to cost you more than the items. SO PLEASE BEWARE !! They are a scam and you will waste your money on cheaply made clothes.
