Venom Muay Thai Gym is a training and camp facility on Koh Phangan, Thailand. Operated by Phangan Muay Thai Co., Ltd., we offer authentic Muay Thai training in a focused, motivating environment — from your first session to full competition preparation. Our offering ranges from individual training sessions and combined stay-and-train packages (Train & Stay) to structured fight-camp programmes such as "Road to the Ring", where participants progress over 1, 4 or 6 weeks toward stepping into the ring at our monthly Venom Fight Night. What matters to us: honest, technically grounded instruction from experienced trainers, small groups with individual attention, and an environment without showmanship. We train participants at every level — beginners, committed hobbyists, active fighters. Every session is designed to help you develop technically, physically, and mentally. We see our camp as a training space, not a hotel. People who come here come to train. Train hard. Stay focused. Improve every day.

The MT place to be!

I spent about a month at Venom Muay Thai and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt like family. If you're looking for authentic Muay Thai training in Thailand, I highly recommend this gym. I'll definitely be back! 😊🥊

Great atmosphere, professional coaching, and a clean gym

I've really enjoyed training at Venom Muay Thai Gym. What stands out is the balance they strike between being serious about training and keeping the atmosphere fun and welcoming. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, the coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve.

The vibe in the gym is excellent: friendly, motivating, and free of ego. It's a place where people work hard but still enjoy themselves. The facilities are also very clean and well maintained, which makes every session more comfortable.
Overall, a great place to train Muay Thai, improve your skills, and be part of a positive community. Highly recommended.
