Brilliant experience in buying my husband a personalised playmat! I used the chat function on the website to ask a question about choosing a picture for the playmat, as I was unsure on what size photo to use. Simon was extrenely helpful and told me that a 16:9 photo is a close fit for the playmat, which made it easier for me. I had created a collage of photos to upload as one picture for the mat, but was unsure how it would look and if the quality would be good enough, so Simon sent me an email with what it would look like before printing, which was very helpful too. Once I'd given the 'ok' the playmat was made and sent out to me very quickly. Safe to say the playmat is amazing, greay quality and my husband absolutely loves it with images of our son on! Thanks so much Venombattlegear and Simon for a great experience, would definitely purchase again!

Quick turnaround time, custom mat looks really good.

I had been looking at Custom Playmats for a while and after a little research, saw that Venom had some great reviews and feedback. I messaged with a couple of questions as I wasnt 100% sure on exact sizing etc.
They were very helpful, talked me through all the requirements and even helped adjust artwork a little.
They have arrived today after less than a week, and I couldnt be happier with the quality! I will definitely be back

There was an issue with some of the images I had uploaded for custom playmats, recieved a call next day after placing the order going over alterations made. Mats arrived very quickly and all look great.

I kept forgetting to send in the design and was glad to get gentle reminders from the company - which I felt was excellent service as they had received payment and it was on me to get the picture to them!
