This company is a fraud. I purchased an item from them through Amazon and they are a fraudulent company. They sent me an item. I never used an item and when I returned the item, they basically claimed there was a defect, and they only partially refunded me without providing proof of this, and or even acknowledging that they shipped the item in a bubble wrap and non secure packaging. Just a horrible experience that I’ve had to escalate this to Amazon customer support. I spent weeks trying to get my refund. Avoid this company like to plague.

I ordered a watch band and the day I received it I requested a refund because it didn’t fit me well. The return was approved and they sent me a shipping label. I mailed it to them the next day but never received my refund. 3weeks later I emailed them for an update and was told that they were busy processing orders from Amazon Prime days, but would get back to me shortly. And here I am a full month after Amazon Prime days, with still no refund. Not professional is the best thing I can say. More than likely scammers.

Very impressed so far
I loved the concept of this product when I saw it online. I like being able to combine the wallet with the phone case. I will also say that I made an error in ordering, and was sent a case that was not compatible with my phone. I know it was my fault, but they quickly sent a replacement and a return label for the wrong product, and sent the replacement before even receiving the return. Kudos for making it easy for me.

I love the leather, the color and the feel of the case. I haven't had it long, but it seems very solid. Contrary to what some other reviews say, the magnet in the case really holds the phone snug. I can shake it out with a vigorous shake, but if it were any stronger, it would be difficult to get out, which it's not.

Pros:
Great customer service
Quality leather
Strong magnets. Holds really well to magsafe charger in car.
Classy look

Now a couple of nit-picking cons:
The flap magnet gets in the way when putting the phone back in the wallet.
Can't put too many cards in the wallet before it gets very bulky. Same for dollar bills.
Too classy for casual/sporty/outdoor use. I'm getting a more rugged one to take skiing or camping.
Too bulky for pants pockets. I knew that when I bought it. Don't buy if you must carry in pants.

My wife loves it too, and I think I might get one of the fun colors for her.
