Excellent customer service
No problems with the service … Ordered knowing it was coming from China , all going well but the unit wouldn’t charge.. Logged a fault, rectified quickly and a new unit shipped. All going well. Very happy with the product .
What a con!
OK... So I didn't check the reviews first 🤦♂️...
Ordered on December 10th, expecting the parcel to be from a legitimate, UK-based company...
Once I had made the order and paid, I then checked on the status and the reviews, only to find that the company are based in China and that was where the mask was being shipped from. Such a typical con! Good grief! So... Let's try and get in touch with Veonskin directly... Hah! No telephone contact, no address... Just an email... It is now 14 days since I made the order (December 24th!!) and the spurious generic tracking company is stating that there were 3 attempts to make delivery on the 19th December. Now, bearing in mind that I work from home and, as such, I never miss a delivery, this is completely untrue! So... Next step... I think I'll wait until after Christmas to see what happens. Failing that, it will be timeto contact the bank and get a charge back in motion. What an absolute con!
Update...
So Veonskin have responded by email stating that the item was despatched and sent via the Royal Mail in the UK. They have supplied a tracking number and on going tot he Royal Mail website, I find that the package was sent to a delivery office more than 30 miles way, indicating that the parcel was sent to the billing address and NOT the shipping address. Veonskin are now stating the following:
"Thank you for your feedback. Upon verification, our shipping operation was strictly based on the recipient information you provided at the time of placing the order (please refer to the attached screenshot). Due to incorrect recipient information in the order, the package was returned.
Currently, we have not yet received the returned package. According to our company's procedure, we can only proceed with arranging a redelivery or refund for you after confirming the receipt of the returned item. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will notify you immediately and proceed with the follow-up arrangements."
This implies that I have given the wrong Shipping address, which is absolutely incorrect and is clearly shown on the invoice.
Also, I dread to think how long the return journey time will be back to their warehouse, which one must presume is in China.
I'll keep you posted on this farce as it continues...
Update: January 26th, 2026.
I have received an email from support stating the following:
"the parcel was returned due to incorrect recipent information. Please note that the shipment was processed strictly according to the details you provided. Since the return was not caused by any error on our part, we propose the following solutions:"
They go on to offer me 2 choices:
"Option 1: Ship a Replacement Package"
"Option 2: Partial Refund (50%)
As the delivery failure was not caused by our error, and the package has likely been destroyed (it has not yet been returned to our warehouse), we can offer a 50% refund of your order value.
If you can provide clear proof (such as complete tracking records or an official notice from the carrier) confirming that the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will process the remaining 50% refund upon verification."
The second Option is interesting in the fact that they state earlier in the email that they have already received the package back.
Also, all of the shipping information was absolutely correct, so they are simply chancing their arm.
This is absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable.
Luckily, I paid for this with credit card, so I'll be forwarding this email to the credit card company and we'll see what happens.
In the meantime, do NOT make any orders from this company. Awful experience!
Terrible company
Terrible company. SHOCKING, DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT ORDER
Advertising as Veonskin UK
Advertising as Veonskin UK, I would of expected goods to be shipped within the UK, however after I placed and received confirmed shipped and tracking info, I was surprised it was being shipped from China. My parcel is still in transit 10 days later. When ordering goods please make sure you check out the Company info. Not Happy as this was a Birthday present.
Wow really Happy
Wow second review!! My apologies to Veonskin !! It’s worth it my order came this morning and it was packaged Beautifully and I love it !!! Everything is legitimate I think their shipping could be better but either than that, it’s worth it
Fraudulent company AVOID
my partner ordered this device after reading a paid for promotion on a website thinking it was a legit endorsement. Turns out it was a paid for promotion. The device hasn't had any clinical trials, says its FDA approved (which led face masks cant be, they can only be FDA cleared due to being low grade) also advertises as a UK company buy when you request a return they want you to pay for the device to go to Germany. Company is registered in Hong Kong yet posing as a UK business. After tryong to resolve theough customer services they refused our request to pay for shipping costs due to false advertisement and miss selling of a device. Avoid at all costs, poor customer service and now have lost more than £250!! Penalising hard working UK residents. Shame on you.
Speedy cancellation / refund
Of course every experience is subjective, but I accidentally ordered one of these after my wife had got the same. Requested a refund and this was issued in less than 24hrs. Can’t comment on the quality, but the customer service was excellent. Thank you
Cannot see that veonskin is FDA or CE…
Cannot see that veonskin is FDA or CE approved. I searched after the best product on the market and was guided to this product. These recommendations were obviously not from a reputable company if the product is not FDA or CE approved.
I don’t dare to use it and would like to return it. I was promptly sent a letter after this comment but the letter did not state anywhere that it was for the product I bought nor did it mention anything at all about veonskin. Veonskin’s website does not list:
• A 510(k) number
• The FDA-cleared model name (FM-01, FM-02, FM-03)
• Newdermo as the manufacturer
Unless Veonskin is truly using those exact FDA-cleared Newdermo models and labeling them transparently (which they do not claim), then the Veonskin mask is not FDA-cleared.
So if Veonskin claims “FDA cleared/approved”, that claim is at least misleading unless they provide proof that they are using the exact cleared device under license or that their model is the exact same cleared model.
This LED mask is not a CE-certified medical device, not FDA-cleared, and not traceable to any regulated manufacturer.
A legitimate CE or FDA device must have permanent labeling on the device itself, including:
• Manufacturer name
• Model number
• Serial or batch/lot number
• CE mark and (if applicable) 4-digit Notified Body number
• For FDA: 510(k) number or reference to “FDA cleared”
• Electrical safety markings (UL, FCC, etc.)
There is no approval on the mask or control itself.
The fact that none of these are present means:
👉 It is a generic, unregulated consumer gadget, not the same as any device with documented FDA clearance (e.g., K223544).
👉 It also violates EU rules — a medical or even semi-medical device cannot legally be sold in Europe without labels and traceability.
I want my money returned ASAP. I cannot use this product, especially when I am presently undergoing chemotherapy.
Don’t waste your time and money on Veonskin products!
I ordered the red light hat October 2025. On opening it I checked its instruction leaflet which clearly shows a power bank being used with the hat. There is no power bank included in the package. This means the hat can only be used when plugged into a mains power source and cannot be used when on the move, when active, or doing other activities. I queried this with the company and they stated that the picture of a power bank is for illustration purposes only. I pointed out the instructions are misleading and the use of it is false advertising. After many emails and much rudeness on their part I achieved no customer satisfaction. On asking for a refund they made it clear that they would justify many deductions from the purchase price, making seeking a refund not a financially viable option. I can’t vouch for the hat’s effectiveness as I won’t use it if I always have to sit near to a wall socket, it will go in the bin.
I would say to anyone considering a purchase with Veonskin to think again. There are many ethical companies out there offering similar products. Veonskin is a money grabbing, unethical company and I would advise against any dealings with them!
Scam company
I never write reviews but do not want anyone else to lose money because of this scamming company.
I ordered two of the LED face masks, one for myself and one for my daughter. I had seen it recommended as one of the best products to buy when I researched online looking for one. Unfortunately the company has been I nightmare from the start.
Stupidly I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. I started to get a gut feeling so started to read the reviews and was horrified by what I was reading. I sent an email straight away to request to cancel the order in which they replied straight away saying it had already been despatched, I asked how I return. They advised that I should not open the parcel and to contact them as soon as I receive the items. I sent photos to them of the unopened parcel as soon as it arrived and they sent me an email offering me a part refund as I will have to pay all shipping fees and said that inspite of tracking etc if the parcel gets lost or damaged in anyway I will not get a refund. The email goes on and on with scare tactics so you don’t return the items. I refused and said I would like a full refund but now they are not replying to my emails so have no way of returning and am now done £318! For your own sake please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have given this company one star
I have given this company one star. It doesn’t deserve it but I can’t give this review without the one star showing. I ordered a red light therapy with laser cap. What I received was a red light therapy Unbranded substandard copy. They admitted they sent a sample in their error. They offered partial refund. Told them a full refund as no confidence in the product or the sham company. I’ve sent several emails but the line of communication has gone quiet. Luckily I paid with a credit card and is now in the hands of the credit card company.
DO NOT be taken in by these scammers
Veonskin LED Mask - Looks Fantastic
Ordered the Veonskin LED mask after seeing it reviewed in a best product guide online. I only checked Trust Pilot after ordering and immediately regretted my decision after seeing quite a few negative comments. I was dreading what i was going to receive.
The item was ordered on 08/10/2025 and i have received it today - 16/10/2025 - a lot quicker than i expected.
The packaging is great and the instructions are clear - not what i was expecting after reading the most recent reviews.
The only reason i have not given it 5 stars is that i was not informed that the item was on it's way, or when it would be delivered, but i'm super impressed with the item i've received.
Mask is awsome for the Price
The mask arrived on time , has all the different lighting, othe reviews winge about the no instructions but it's so easy to google it !!!!! I find it very easy to use and comfortable to wear, for the price its great.
This company was a problem from the…
This company was a problem from the start. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I don’t think this company are real. I ordered a cap with red light therapy, as I have just got over cancer to help my hair grow. Once the cap arrived, I noticed as soon as I opened it that it wasn’t the same as the advertised picture. On further checking, no in depth instructions. More importantly no FDA approval or British kite mark.
On informing the company I was sent nonsense email after nonsense email. There returns policy apparently is a 5 day turn around which they have to approve. I used the address on the advertisement and sent the cap straight back to get a refund. I sent the cap back in original packing, took endless photos and had the parcel tracked. The parcel DID arrive, I was then told that the person that accepted it wasn’t authorised . I have now contacted the company I paid through and am hoping that this problem gets rectified. As I said earlier I have recently undergone cancer and am a speaker for other cancer sufferers/ survivors so things that have helped us gets discussed and viewed by a lot of people. This company is totally unhelpful, I would go as far to say I would warn anyone to think again. I since found numerous comments against this company so be very careful.
I have now contacted Veonskin by email…
I have now contacted Veonskin by email three times with no success. I wish to return an unopened product.
Do not use them!
Claims it’s FDA approved
Claims it’s FDA approved but when trying to find on FDA database it shows “0 records meeting your search”
Also, should only be FDA cleared, not approved. Haven’t ordered and don’t think I will be, thought it was too good to
Be true!
Would not recommend
Would not recommend. My gut is that it is a fake product.
Have given me the run around trying to get a refund after sending me a ‘7-colour free upgrade’ when I had originally purchased the 4-colour mask. Initially told me I had to pay to get it cleaned and sent back to them, then used avoidant tactics when I asked questions about its authenticity before saying it was a free upgrade but they hadn’t gotten around to updating the website yet. Even gave PayPal a fake return address which was just a village in China and asked me to destroy the product and film it for them in order to get a refund.
I’d be giving this disco face mask a miss if I were you.
Scam don’t buy
I purchase a mask and when I wanted to return , as I found an alternative one while it was sent . They are denied too, first they said I would have to pay the cost of sending and I agree to and asked them for the address. They keep denying to send me the address to return and now they just offer a parcial refund for a product I don’t want. They website clearly stays it is possible to return and then they don’t facilitate to keep your money .

I use the combination package for my neck too. My skin feels tighter and looks more youthful.
