Veraldo trying to block bad reviews
I wrote review about Veraldo's REALLY BAD customer service and lack of honoring their return policy, a few days ago. What they did, for people not to be able to see my review, is report it to Trustpilot, so they have to go over it to see that there is no foul language or anything. Luckily I have more email addresses... I would definitely say that this is another way not to have to answer up to not following laws. I am contacting the law now, since I am getting tired of this company treating other people's money like it was theirs.
I have now reported this matter to the Police, and they will take it from here.

They are keeping money that belongs to a 16 year old girl.
My daughter bought a jacket, that didn't live up to how the pictures looked on the web site. We followed ALL the steps to return it, to the letter, within the return period, and up to here everything was ok. However, after a couple of months of waiting for Veraldo to get back to us, I started to get a little irritated. We contacted them, and they said they didn't receive our package. PostNord said they had delivered it, and even sent me the signature on the document, that said somebody at Veraldo had signed for it. I sent this document on to Veraldo as proof, so now they didn't have that escape route anymore. I have also sent them our account details which they asked for, but still nothing. Now it has been over a year, and they still didn't return my 16 year old daughter's money to her. Keeping and not repaying money from anybody is wrong, but from a 16 year old girl, is even worse, This company has NO SHAME.

One of the worst customer experiences…
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered. Our daughter ordered clothes that Veraldo suddenly claimed to be sold out. Instead they issued a gift certificate in violation with the EU consumer legislation. The amount of time we had to spend afterwards reclaiming her money as well as the most ridiculous responses we got from Veraldo is unheard of and I've never ever experienced such an unprofessional and unethical company.
We will be warning everyone in our network against dealing with this company.
