I placed an order in June last month its been almost a year havnt recieved my order and they're not replying to their emails. SCAM

Ordered mine in July, paid 50$ CAD, still haven’t gotten my package, sent 3 emails and still haven’t gotten a reply either. Big scam, do not buy their products.

Absolute joke!!

Had to email 4 times for them to send anything. Took 4 months, and received what I can only describe as a joke. A wax warmer with completely the wrong brand. 4 packets of wax as ordered (except they looked to be sample sizes!! Despite paying over £40 for them)
When emailing to complain, was told it would be escalated and someone would contact me but obviously 4 months later and still nothing.

Do not buy from this company!! Absolute scam 🤬🤬

I see below this company had relatively bad reviews.
I order my product in june/july and I did receive it but had missing spatulas and the wax pot wasn't as shown on the website. They sent me a different company wax pot as they were not allowed to brand it which I was told when I queried it.

I can say the beads bag was not worth spending money on as it so tiny its not enough. But the wax pot is good and I currently use it for other wax beads from different company.

Months ago I experienced their team to be responsive when I had queries but maybe due to pandemic the situation may have changed. So I would recommend not to invest money on their products.

I placed my order in July still waiting send emails no reply from them my order was worth £40 am still chasing this is a complete fraud set up company.
This company is Big scam online shopping pls everyone be careful.

I found this company on Instagram. I've bought other items on Instagram that came as promised, so I thought nothing of it at the time. I paid $50 CAD, and waited months to receive the product. I then emailed them multiple times asking for the product or a full refund. They have not replied once. Instagram should verify these business before allowing them to market using their platform.

Have been emailing for 2 months about my order and haven't received any product whatsoever. Complete scam, and for some reason allowed to advertise on Instagram. I thought these adverts would be checked for legitimacy, but apparently not

This is a waste of money. Totally a scam. I ordered the two pack wax and have not received it. They sent me a tracking number that directs you to a chinese website. I tried going into the site and it’s apparently not available.

This is a scam! The delivery tracker says my order has been delivered, but I have still not received my item after 6 weeks.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered from this company. I have never received anything from this company even though there tracking system says it has been delivered. They won't answer my emails. There doesn't seem to be a contact number for tgem. I am going to contact trading standard's. Amazon as they sell there products & other company that is linked to them.

I ordered on the 29th June ,5 weeks and still not received my package. I emailed regarding the delivery,they replied back saying due to covid it would take a little longer. Emailed again twice stating I would like a refund,no reply back. Do not order from this company,looks like I have lost my cash.

Received a much cheaper product than advertised. Basically a scam.

The waxing kit from Verawax never arrived. It’s been about 7 weeks since I ordered it, it was supposed to arrive by 30th July. Verawax refuses to refund me.

A different cheap version arrived then the 1 advertised even with a different brand name. The wax pouches were much smaller then pictures too. Very cheap looking wax machine in a battered box. Emailed them and they just fob u off saying it does the same job as the one pictured. And it doesnt work that great save yourself 40 quid

Would like to leave 0 stars. Waiting for the order more than 1 month. Been told by customer service to wait till 30th July. And now even can't track my parcel as their website is "temporary closed". So it's definitely scam!! Do not order from there!!!

I understood the late delivery, but after weeks of waiting I've got a cheap version of what they promoted on the website and it's not even the same brand. I'm sceptical to use it and the melts that look nothing like the video/pics.

.. Guess they thought I'd be happy to keep it with a small refund. No thanks.

One star as you can't leave none. The pictures they show are by no means what you receive. Just over a month to deliver. Customer service response has nothing to do with points that you have mentioned to them. The melting pot I received was exactly the same as one on a very cheap website for £14.99. This is a scam and a time wasting operation. The reviews on their actual website have clearly been written by themselves, or those lucky enough to have had an actual product. If you want to waste your money, put your cash in a bin right now.

Still haven't received the items I ordered, it's been 3 weeks.

Just go to your local boots instead.

Sent emails and still waiting on replies and I’m not the only one having a problem!! Been over a month since I’ve ordered and they seem to not give a damn

not arrived still. made this order almost a month ago now, emailed them 2 weeks ago to be told to expect delays but not 30 days surely?! Seems other people are in the same boat as me right now, really frustrated. if it doesn't arrive by 22nd july (gave me eta of 30 june - 22nd july), will be making claim through my bank! avoid!!!
