What A Help Archie Has been !
We have been incredibly impressed with Verbalise and the service they provide.
Since introducing our AI receptionist, Archie, we have definitely seen an increase in the number of calls being answered and, importantly, appointments being booked, particularly outside our normal reception hours. It’s reassuring to know that patients can still contact the clinic and make an appointment even when our reception team isn’t available.
The quality and efficiency of the system has exceeded our expectations, and Archie has become a really valuable addition to our reception service.
The support from the Verbalise team has also been excellent. They are always on hand if we need help, advice or want to make adjustments, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
Overall, we have been extremely pleased with both the technology and the service. Verbalise has helped us improve accessibility for our patients while also supporting our reception team. We would happily recommend them to other healthcare businesses looking to improve the way they manage incoming calls and bookings.
