Incredible experience
Sam and Chloe were able to very quickly provide CV's of candidates for a logistics role that were right in line with our needs. After interviewing each of them I can safely say those were the two best candidates for a role that I have ever had a recruiting firm recommended in my 30- years of being a hiring manager. I had the best possible experience with…
I had the best possible experience with Jordan Cannon from Verbatim Pharma. He took contact to me and were really making a great impression without promoting any position at first. Open ears and a good memory of our meeting details, so nothing had to be repeated. Very supportive through out the whole hirering process. It took less than 14 days from first contact and until contract I had signed with the company he represented. Great experience!!!

I had a pleasant time the first time…
I had a pleasant time the first time around dealing with this team. I got pretty much everything I wanted and landed the job. However, the 2nd time a recruiter agreed to interview me, but on the day we were to talk she never showed up. Mind you, I checked with her 10 mins after our start time to see if we needed to reschedule and she said she we were still on. Haven't heard from her since which is truly unprofessional.

It's a bit hit and miss
It's a bit hit and miss. It really depends on what recruiter you get; I have worked with one that I would highly recommend; she provides timely feedback and follows up with you and seems generally interested in helping you find a new role but I have also been approached by another recruiter at Verbatim who is the type that I don't work well with; no feedback, says he will send an email and doesn't etc. The three stars are for that one great recruiter.
