I purchased a wooden pram walker 27.10.24 for a Christmas present for granddaughter. It was too old for her so I kept it in its box UNOPENED in a secure place until now. Three parts are missing. I contacted Verbaudet and at first they said they would send me a replacement. My next email sent they are now refusing to do so due to it being longer than six months ( one month longer) I did not inspect my parcel as I trusted the company. I did not expect parts to be missing. They are still selling this product. All I want are either the parts or a replacement not £68.00 refund. I am totally disappointed with this company. In the email they said they had tried calling me, this was a total lie. There were no calls on my phone. This is the second time I have contacted Trust pilot about them.

I have tried unsucessfully to unsubscribe.
The unsubscribe button has been frozen for months and I am plagued with unwanted emails.
Disgraceful service.

I brought an item online then wanted to get a refund the next day. However, customer services can't process a refund until it has been sent. I'm now on day 11 of waiting for the parcel to ship so that it can be refunded. Seems like a very slow and long winded way of getting money back. Won't be purchasing from here again and a lot of admin to try to get money back.

This is my only 1 star review for anything by the way.
My order was delivered after the 30 days it stated on the website. This was inconvenient as it was an important Christmas gift ordered 21/11/22 and delivered 27/12
We replaced the item in the meantime so it’s not worth anything to us now. There is no way on the website or in the package to even return the item . Global E service sends you around in circles as some error pops up and when you click on the solution link you’re back where you started. It was only a 30 euro item , however it’s the principle of it and having read other reviews I see others are not happy with the service. I would like the company to support me with the return please.

Bad quality and wrong sizes. Never Again.

I like the childrens clothing,they are good quality though the sizes are on the small side compared high street brands so I always order bigger but they wash well and last. There's also some great bargains in the sales/offers
