Verc tries to be good to our 8th grade class trip travelers. They give us extended times for pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, they forget about the automatic tolls and charge us for the toll and a bank fee.

Excellent experience renting from Verc/Marshfield. Joe was very helpful in getting exactly the right vehicle for us to transport all of our grandchildren. We would definitely rent from Verc/Marshfield again.

Unexpectedly, my car needed repairs, so I left it at a garage. But I had things to do that day. I called VERC, they had a car, my husband took me there and I was all set. I really only used the rental for a few hours. It was a clean okay car. Personnel were nice. What more can I say??

Concerned someone has stolen my identity because I did not rent a car. No reference info from you, so wasting my day trying to figure out what is going on!!! Called local Verc only to get answering machine!!! Can someone contact me please! This is crazy

We were charged a $25 toll fee for a road in Concord NH . We were coming from Mass. Staff was nice, but held firm on no full refund. they refunded $10. Will probably use again, but now we are more informed.

The ease of getting car returning, made the experience great

Everyone is always friendly and professional and they will go out of there way to help.

Why go anywhere else? Peter is great. He will totally hook you up with a great price on a fun, clean, very well maintained vehicle for the best price around. Highly recommended and he often has some great BMWs.

I needed a rental quickly. I booked online. By the time I got to the Plymouth Location, the car was ready and clean. All I did was sign and drive away. All in a few hours....They were very friendly and accommodating :)
I would absolutely use Verc Again!!

I reserved one of their new transit vans about three weeks in advance because I needed to move furniture. The day before I was to pick it up I called to confirm and they said the transit wasn't available but I could have a regular van. But those are too short. So I had to go rent a large truck (from someone else) at the last minute and had to pay top dollar. I will not rent from Verc again

Excellent cars in the Plymouth branch, and it's a small enough operation that the service is nice and personal.

Car was very nice, clean. Customer service wasn't great at all. The person that checked me in wasn't nice at all. Verc's rental policies are not in-line with what other car rental companies are doing. If you don't sign up for their insurance, they'll charge you a $1,000 security deposit.....seems a bit extreme. Also, if you need to extend your rental, you have to return to the facility and go through the whole process that you initially did when renting the car......not a very customer service orievtated company. I won't be doing business with them again.

The employees at Verc Car Rental are courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They do everything to insure that your rental is available as promised. If you have any questions or problems they deal with them expeditiously and pleasantly. The vehicles are always clean and their rates are good.

I thought it'd be good to rent from a local company. Wouldn't do it again. I declined on additional insurance as I have forever. Someone scraped the back bumper of the rental car while it was parked within 2 hours of me renting it. They were deep enough scrapes in the fiberglass bumper on one corner that they were noticeable. I took it to a local body shop that had great yelp reviews before I brought it back to them. They hemmed and hawed, had me turn the car in so they could evaluate it; I had to make follow-up calls to keep things moving. Then they came back $900 over what the body shop had estimated. I gave both quotes to my insurance company. They then gave my insurance company all sorts of trouble and stretched the whole thing out for months. Bottomline: they are disorganized as a company and they aren't ethical in their dealings. They tried to make a lot of money off of me and my insurance company. I would not rent from them ever again.

My son needed a vehicle with an S break in the middle so we rented one from Verc. It was a lot more expensive to rent than a normal rental as there is risk with permit driver etc . And you have to bring the car back in less than 12 hours . But the car rental agent was very helpful and blocked the camera on the car for the test and gave encouragement . My son passed test . We dropped off car after hours and left key in mailbox .
