Poor customer service. Car was not clean inside.

I enjoyed dealing with Verc Car Rental and would do it again when I am in that area. They were very pleasant to deal with.

While I eventually got what I reserved it was an hour and a half later than requested requiring two trips to the location really messing up my scheduled day.

What was most annoying was the car I believe was meant for me at my reservation time was given to someone else. The excuse given to me was that person just happened to make his on-line reservation 4 hours before I did...yeah. I believe it was an acquaintance that was getting preferential treatment.

Needed a car at the last minute. Service was quick, and efficient as they dealt with insurance company. They also cleaned car out nicely while I waited a short time at pick up. Nicest part was that when I went to pick up my car at body shop I just had to leave the rental there and not bring it all the way back to Marshfield location and get a ride. Very convenient.

Verc bailed me out when Hertz would not let me park in the lot, as I'd done for years in the past, and with whom I had a reservation. Though Verc at this location has similar restrictions, they were able to accommodate me at the last minute with the car I preferred. If I could park there I would use Verc all the time.

Effcient handling of the car rental process

Very friendly and easy to work with. I was unsure about my return date, and they gave me a full day's refund when I came back a day early.

Very accommodating when I needed to extend my rental (twice) by several weeks, as well as when I ultimately returned it earlier than I thought I would.

I didn't get to select the rental and ended up with a BMW. Poor me I had to drive around in luxury for a week! All kidding aside the car was very nice to drive and was spotless. Also, the car was waiting for at me at the repair shop. No hassle taking a shuttle to the car rental. After I dropped off the rental I needed a copy of my receipt for insurance purposes and I had to call Verc, within minutes the receipt was in my email.

Great to work with. Good pricing, accommodating and quality vehicles. Plan to use again and recommend to others.

top notch service and communication from Mr. Gay in the Middleboro office. Car was clean and new. He walked me through all of the features of the Mustang. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend to others and will certainly rent again.

Our car was ready and waiting but , I wish that it hadn't smelled of cigarette smoke and had been cleaner. The outside looked great ,but the inside seats were stained, floors were dirty and the car was very dusty.

Easy and professional from start to finish. Will definitelyuse next time I'm in Boston.

Picking up and returning the car was easy. The car, a newer model Corolla, worked reliably for the 10 days of the rental. Much less expensive when compared with Logan Airport rentals. Recommend Verc if you are in the South Shore area of Mass.
