Das Retreat bei Verena

Das Retreat bei Verena wirkt noch immer in mir nach. Besonders das Thema Scham hat viel in mir bewegt und mir geholfen, liebevoller und bewusster mit mir selbst umzugehen.

Auch die Kakaozeremonie war eine wunderschöne und berührende Erfahrung. Verena schafft einen liebevollen, achtsamen und sicheren Raum, in dem man sich öffnen und ganz bei sich ankommen kann.

Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese besonderen Erfahrungen und kann Verena von Herzen weiterempfehlen. ❤️

Das Beste Retreat schlechthin

Verenas Retreats sind eine Wohltat. Für die Seele, fürs Nervensystem, für den Körper… etwas das jede Frau erlebt haben sollte. Die Tage mit ihr in Portugal und Tirol waren lebensverändernd für mich.
Verena ist eine warmherzige, einfühlsame und wachsame Mentorin, die sich nicht mit lauwarmen Wellness-Wohlfühlphrasen aufhält, sondern Räume kreiert in denen Veränderung, Tiefe und Begegnung, vor allem mit sich selbst, stattfinden können. Alles eingebettet in Sicherheit, Liebe und Luxus.
