Gave them one star, because I couldn't give them less. My card was charged, they had no information at all on the number, and there was no live person to talk to at customer service. White pages dot com had name and address, but was more expensive. I understand get what you pay for, but if I pay shouldn't I get SOMETHING?

UPDATE: It's about 10 hours after I left my review and I got my refund. It took about 5 days, many texts & emails but I got it. IDK if my bank contacted them or what. Everything in my review is still true tho including being ignored and insulted. I guess I'm just glad I got my money.. back.. that I never spent in the first place.. but they took anyway. So thanks?

TLDR; Yes, this website is a scam. The address is a UPS store in Las Vegas, the "customer service line" is a VOIP or cell # in New Mexico. You won't be able to speak with anyone, only text or email. So far it has the hallmarks of an overseas scam.

So, I needed to find someone's number so I paid $1 for a 3 or 7 day trial. I don't remember because I only needed it for a few hours so I cancelled after I was done like I planned to. A few hours later.

A week later they charged my card $25. I called & emailed them. I got an email back saying I was right, they made a mistake and would refund my money.

Their customer service # however, texted me the next day for some reason & told me they were keeping my money and I "need to learn how to read agreement terms." Even weirder, they texted later and said they were refunding my money.

It's been 4 days and now I can't get any response. It's Ok though because I alerted my bank immediately and sent them all the attachments they need. This website isn't a poorly run or mismanaged company, it is simply a scam. Any info you can find using their search engine is free, public info you can find using google. Stay away so they don't steal your money and spend it in whatever poor local village they live in.

Total Scam. Same stories as recently reviewed. I called credit card company and they instantly took it off.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE. SCAM COMPANY. They take your money fraudulently! You cancel and they still take your money!

The company lies and steals your money make sure to be a total Waste of your time.. then just when you think you may have gotten somewhere with these people and they promised refund multiple times you will never be receiving your money back..if you ask for management day or night to they will say the same things and act as if they will allow you to talk to someone in management but they hang up.... they lie that they will get your money back asap they string you along to run time out so the bank won't do a charge back. They lie tell you your bank will not allow it.. shoot they even had me open pay pal. Stay away from these crooked people

Scam , they promote 50 cent charge to find lost phone.after that they will continue to charge your debt card every week $19.95. scam

I have been on this phone for now 1 hour345 min 2nd time1 hour 3rd time now over 1hour 4th time 45min then I said enough
Horriable customer service and charged me 3 times and the $19.95 that wasn't suppose to be until on the 3rd day. It's not been one yet.

Pretty decent website, I purchased a report and it came instantly.

This website is a JOKE!!! I paid the .50 for a free 3 day trial in hopes to find my boyfriends lost phone...the address of the location of the phone DOES NOT EXIST! When I called to unsubscribe I asked if the location was found by them pinging the phone they assured me it was. Then I told them I was to unsubscribe to the website & they gave me the run around. They offered me 7 more days free, I declined. Then they wanted to offer me the next month at half the monthly cost. Then they wanted to know why I wanted to unsubscribe, so I told them I am just looking to find my boyfriends lost phone I have no desire to to spy or look up information about anyone! So they finally agreed to cancel my subscription. I realize .50 is not a lot but that’s not the point. THIS WEBSITE IS A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!
