I made a payment since on the 19th and it's yet to hit my account. I've written you email severally and no response. I wrote your Telegram account, no response.
Is this some scam? I've used you severally over the past 1 year and everything was fine until the recent payment. What's going on?

It's obvious your company doesn't know what it means to have a "Customer support" I've emailed you, wrote CoinPayments, even here on Trustpilot and there's no response from you. This is REALLY bad!!!

Why can't you attend to your customers on chat/ respond to their emails? Are you always comfortable with a bad review on your page?
Moreso, you google voice verification numbers are no longer verifying.

I recharged my balance using litecoin and it didn't reflect in my balance even though payment was successful. I've had a good relationship with this company but it seems they're no longer trustworthy.

it is scam, I just Signed up and send 2$ of Dogecoin to recharge my balance, the payment was succeeded but my balance is still 0

They are nothing but thieves and scammers, Once you recharge your account they won't credit you and the balance won't change. They are doing this intentionally and they also won't reply your emails if you try to contact them about it.

My account was disabled inexplicably, i tried reusing same number to verify a google voice after several days of it not available and i was disabled by administrator... wth? im pissed.

They are scammers, i signed up and paid 20$ with litecoin. payment was successfull but not credited to my account. there is no channel to contact them even.

I made overpayment, I sent an email to the merchant but no reply and still waiting for it to be resolved. Can you guys check and have fix as soon as you can?

This is the only SMS verification website I've found that is both reasonably priced, and consistently works! I've tried three others, and this is the only one I'd recommend. One site was good for a while, then jacked up their rates, which wouldn't have bothered me so much, but their service only worked about half the time. Another website had seemingly decent prices, but I've tried their service a dozen times and they've literally never successfully given me a code. I've used VerifyWithSMS around 15 times now, and it's worked 14 out of those times. The one time it didn't work, they refunded me. Highly recommend!

I have emailed these people multiple times but no response - this is a complete scam. I will leave bad reviews everywhere else on the internet.

I placed an order specifically for a Google Voice compatible numer, since they advertise their numbers as real and not VOIP numbers (Google will not accept VOIP numbers for Google Voice).

The SMS confirmation arrived, I inserted the code and... Google banned the number. So I paid for nothing.

The site barely has a navigation menu and there are no options to report these issues. I'd honestly like my money back, but the user panel won't even show a transaction a ID.

Multiple numbers had already been used by someone else, and their report function is greyed out. I don't see a way to open a ticket or easily contact them. Three numbers so far had been used by someone else.

It's amazing, I love the site and I hope they add more other services to it! I made overpayment and still waiting for it to be resolved. Can you guys check and have fix as soon as you can?
