I am impressed with VeriScreen Background Screening! I've had a good experiences each time I've contacted the representatives with questions. Mostly recently, I contacted our Account Executive, Jenna Robertson to ask if VeriScreen had the option for forms to be sent in Spanish to help us better serve our community. It impressed me that Jenna wanted to help resolve this concern for our team. Low key, it made me feel comfortable that "NO" was not her initial response. Even more impressive was Jenna emailed back within the hour. That option is available, allowing our team to best serve our community. VeriScreen representatives are professional, efficient, and easy to work. Definitely two thumbs up!!
