Worst claim company to exist! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

If there was a no star option i would use that.

This is the worst claims company ever to exist. I had an incident from December 2023 where Verisk had confirmed via a letter that I was due to be paid for damages. They falsely have claimed they 'paid' me in July 2024 but that was a complete lie! I am still waiting for the money to be paid and it is now Feb 2025!!

Despicable company and I suspect a scamming organisation!

Stay well clear of them you do not want to get scammed!!!

To good to be true? it certainly was!!

DO NOT even think about trading with this company!! On the 6th May 2024 I e-mailled them about a faulty 4TB SSD, it worked at first then was not recognised by my computer. I took until 20th June and 37 e-mails later to get a refund. If I had read the reviews earlier I would not have touched them with a barge pole. If there was a negative star rating !!!

Be careful if ever contacted by them or Valdius IVC

This company is either part of aviva or works on behalf of. I suggest if you are ever contacted by them, speak to your own insurance company first for advice if like me you are the innocent party in a motor vehicle accident. I’ve been driving a damaged vehicle for 6 months now despite them admitting liability, they do not respond to emails or phone calls and simple ignore you to drag out the claim
