As a market leading letting agency, we have been using Verismart for over 10 years. We need an inventory clerk to be reliable, switched on, adaptable, cost effective and efficient. In addition, to our reports held on the cloud software for easy access, they are independent, genuine nice people, which filters through the business from the very top.

I have used VeriSmart over the years for different agents that I have worked at and I am always beyond impressed with the service. You get detailed photos of absolutely everything to do with the property and it always come in extremely handy, especially with damage deposits! Matt Harris also is a huge credit to this company.

Excellent Service From Steve and the rest of the team, can't fault the reports, always advise us on any issues they pick up on in regards to HSSRS and the booking system is easy to use, would highly recommend.

Was impressed with Mohammed from the leeds office who did a thorough & proffesional job of the inventory,the new tenants commented & were impressed also.

Met with Mohammed to receive my keys for my new apartment, he stayed past what he was required to to meet me after I was held back at work.

Mohammed was polite, professional and courteous throughout the handover, answering my questions about the property and area.

10/10, would recieve keys from again.

Oh my god what a pile of crooks...

they did an inventory on a property that I have actually improved since I let it a year ago. They tried to charge me for damage that existed when I moved in and even tried to blame me for grout discolouring again that was there when I took it on. Do not trust them as far as you can throw them. As soon as I started speaking to the clerk the Taylor Swift song "I knew you were trouble" came into my head I was told the extractor fan was greasy it was not. I was told the shower screen was smeared and so what it is clean and cleaner than when I took it on, It took months to get the limescale off that was on it when I started.

Do not go near them with a ten foot pole your tenants will complain I guarantee you. I know of someone who they tried to take £900 from, me it was almost £500. They are liked by landlords and agents because they continually find new ways to charge tenants.

Get this it was a furnished property I painted the walls because they were full of marks and disgusting when I moved in and I replaced the sofa because the original one was disgusting broken and stained. The mattress was stained when I took it on and so was the carpet they tried to charge me for this too. Even though the carpets were shampooed twice since moving in and the stain in the carpet was gone.

They don't look at the overall condition of the property NO instead they make up some stupid lies about stuff that is not important and would be considered wear and tear. They need to be shut down I get it that being a landlord is hard specially these days with all the ridiculous laws the government has and is continuing to introduce but making money fraudulently like this is not the answer I am disgusted and will refuse to work with any agent that uses them,

Please tenants refuse to proceed if they are doing the inventory you will be sorry if you don't

They most certainly are not veri smart but they are most certainly veri much a bunch of crooks.

Awful experience when franchising (licensing) an area with this company. Hiking fees after your license renews, underline threats to close your account, reduction of your area due to performance, constant non optional training which also involves lots of fees (funny that), treating you like an employee when you are supposedly a business owner (which is how they like to advertise the so called opportunity). Very positive at the start but the realisation that you are within a regime soon becomes very apparent when you are signed up. If you are already part of this terrible company then I suggest you ask for a full audit trail including receipts of where your initial set up fee is being spent. They advertise that the money is being used for advertising.

Richard has provided us with numerous inventories and our clients are happy with the amount of detail of the reports. As you comment online, this is very helpful. Would recommend using.

Very professional company, Jamie always try to meet my tight deadlines for check ins and check outs and inventories. He promptly replies when he is able to. I would highly recommend the company and will be using their services again.
