Smooth, easy, valuable. Onboarding and setup took about two minutes, to grant access to our Amazon account. Their 18-month audit discovered a couple hundred issues that they opened cases for and reclaimed about $10,000 in Amazon reimbursements.
They send a month-end report with all the claims, and an invoice a few days later. Haley is fun and very responsive. A great experience, highly recommend.

Veritize has been great. They provide monthly reports of your lost or damaged FBA inventory, file the refund requests on their own behalf and get monies owed to you by Amazon without you lifting a finger. Their on-boarding process was excellent (and very personal), the speed in which they got the refund owed to me was very quick and the communication with the team is nothing short of exceptional.
