My rep, Frank (Feeras) is doing really well, very helpful and attentive. The support tech line is where I mainly seem to always be having problems with communication, scheduling and wrong confirmations of various things. I would mainly prefer to work through my rep Frank because I know I will get better responses and action from him.

The units work well in our trucks but customer service and sales department are terrible. It takes days to have questions answered and I have been trying to buy more units for our vehicles for 4 months and still have not received them. Our sales rep's keep changing and nobody communicates...look for another company and stay away from Verizon.

I used the tracking service years ago. It worked fine. The terrible problem is I have canceled the contract years ago. They continue to bill me even after proof of cancelation. They are dishonest, horrible crooks. Never ever for any reason sign up with them. They are beyond horrible.

Every time I need help our rep Feeras Sako goes above and beyond to give us exactly what we need plus more.
Recently I have been so swamped I had to ask for help just getting a request for replacement GPS unit. Feeras not only put in the request for us but followed through all the way to the end making sure we had appointment for installation and everything was exactly what we needed. next day we realized we needed another GPS installation Feeras not only quickly got that request in and tied to the previous one item shipped and installation appointment updated to get both GPS units installed on the same appointment. Feeras took a huge load off my shoulders this week. every time i have needed anything from Feeras he has always made sure it was done and done perfectly. We could not ask for a better rep or customer service experience.

I would have never given Verizon Connect 1 Star until recently. We've had numerous dealings with Connect and they were all terrible. The #1 problem is being able to understand and communicate with the Connect people that answer the phones trying to help you. #2 is account reps that won't return phone calls or emails when you have issues needing to be addressed. Now the will however flood you with emails or calls if they are trying to sell or renew a contract that helps themselves. Then Carlos Mendez reached out to me about an on going issue we were having because our sales rep could not be reached or wouldn't return any of our calls. I explained the problem, he understood, and he made sure we were taken care of AND, I could understand him, he answered phone calls or if he was busy returned the phone call the same day. Right now things are good, but Connect needs to realize that their US customers have a hard time and bad experiences when they are reaching out for help but can't communicate or understand the Connect person that answers, or get no help at all because it gets pushed to another dept. and I'm sure your abroad customers have the same issue if reversed.

AVOID Verizon like the plague!!! We have been a commercial client with Verizon phones for 10+ years (35 phones) and a Verizon Connect/Reveal client (12 vehicles) for 6 years! I have had to cancel our Reveal account because the service and the company accountability is horrid. I will be cancelling the phone service next! I do not know what has happened at Verizon but all services have gone into the toilet!

Signed up for service they make you do a long-term contract and the service is crap. Do not sign up for this service. This is the worst ELD service. I’ve tried out of 10 different ones. Customer service is very poor and to cancel. The contract is took in four months now do not sign up for this service.

Verizon Connect Reveal is a nightmare. Customer service only takes messages for your account rep, who never returns calls or emails. It feels intentional. I tried to cancel before my contract renewed but couldn’t reach anyone until I filed a BBB complaint — by then, they said it had already renewed and I was stuck.
Almost a year later, I’m in the same situation again. All I want is a call back so I can cancel my final contract. I’d even pay the fee — I just want to be done. This company avoids customers and traps them in contracts. Stay away.

There are many issues to manage 2 companies and over 60 gps and millions of dollars worth of assets and my boss said besides you no in this company is more important and has more authority than me. If anything goes wrong I will be looking at you.
That being said I rely on my current rep to cover and have insight to help me in this job. I can now say it has been a passing of time called EXPERIENCE!
AJOB WELL DONE AND TIME WELL SPENT!! My Rep has always been there and helped me.

My account Manager Dave Wilson was wonderful to work with. Dave went the extra mile to fulfill my needs and requests which now days does not happen with most people. He is an honest and conscientious individual that I very much appreciated working with. I would highly recommend his as someone you would enjoy working with.

We needed to send ELD logs to an inspector and had never done that before, Carlos sent them for us immediately and then scheduled a training session to show us how to do it in the future.

This company may appear reliable at first, but the moment you need technician support for their camera system, everything falls apart. As a business owner, my time and money are valuable, and this service has done nothing but waste both. The communication is extremely poor, the technical support is ineffective, and there is no real resolution offered—yet they continue charging full price even when they can clearly see the equipment is not functioning.
A service is only as good as the support behind it, and in this case, the support is nonexistent. When the equipment malfunctions or fails, you are left on your own. No accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful assistance. A company that cannot stand behind its own product is not a company worth investing in.
I strongly encourage consumers and business owners to choose a provider that values their customers, fixes issues promptly, and respects the time and resources of the people who pay for their service. There are better companies out there—ones that actually support their equipment and don’t leave you stuck in an endless loop of excuses and charges.
Save yourself the frustration. This camera service has been the worst experience I’ve encountered, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
