Can you believe I ordered some items in February 2023 and have emailed numerous times and we are here in January 2024 and they have not replied.
How can these clowns get away with advertising items, taking your money and not providing the goods.
Very annoying. They need to be disciplined and company closed down if this is how they are providing a service. Not even a service as it’s seems everyone saying it’s a scam.

I am so sorry for not having found this rating page before placing my order, I bought in November 2022 and it will already be 1 year old!!!! Scammers!!!

If I could put zero I would , placed an order on Nov of 22 and had a few responses saying they were back up and my order would be shipped soon . When I requested a refund I got ignored . Here it is July and nothing no items , no refund and now their email bounces back .

I ordered a top on April 9th. It was paid. But not reply to emails nor did I get an order confirmation and yet I did not hear from these people. Please report this page as a scam.

I ordered back in Dec an have yet to get my order I guess the authorities will be. Informed because they did take the money out of my account an when asked they never returned it to my account

Can’t give less than 1 star! I ordered Dec. 8 it’s now March 8, I got nothing! Just another over seas scam!

Place an order on the 4th Feb 2023 and yet to receive my order. Send a few emails but no response.

Don't order from them, ordered a couple of things, nothing ever arrived, they are making a lot of money and sending nothing. These were meant to be gifts for someone.

They don't send the goods and ignore emails. Disgraceful cosy me £31.78 to receive nothing. Thoroughly disgusted

Do not Buy. I make Order No. 00056595 and pay 40 pounds. But untill now I haven't received my clothes. For the first mail they answer that they are very busy, then after 2 month I write another mail, asking refund but they ignore me.

DO NOT BUY!! Ordered a few items in November, waited 2wks and nothing, I emailed and asked where my order was and they said they are very busy and to wait 15 working days, now we are in January and still nothing, emailed them another 2 times only to be ignored, started a claim back with my bank, there absolute muppets and scam artist to the max! Avoid at all costs!

I would give it a zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of shoes in the middle of October and still nothing after repeated emails. It states on their site that orders go out within 24hrs. Lie. Says you'll receive your order within 12-14 days. Lie. Luckily I'm only out $20 and not anymore. I had better service with Wish, and that's not saying much,because they were horrible.

I feel very bad because I paid a lot of things and I haven't received anything. There's no answer on the email I sent about my reclamations and there's no tracking number of the orders I made... I feel sad and disappointed.

It's a scam!!! I ordered two coats and never received them. It has been three month already and I am still waiting for that refund which they said that is taking this long due to store promotions and high volume of orders. This is unacceptable, they are just giving me the round around making time to not refund my money.

It's a scam! Do not buy from here, I ordered 2 cute stuffed teddies for my niece, no email conformation, the money left my account, I'm now trying to get my money back..... I've had one email saying due to mass orderes it maybe a slow delivery. Disappointing, how are people still getting away with this?
