We recently experienced a rat issue at our home and contacted Tom at Vermin8, whom we have used previously. Once again, he delivered an excellent service—quickly identifying the entry point and effectively resolving the problem.

Tom, along with Owen, was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Dealing with a rat infestation can be stressful, but their professionalism and confidence in resolving the issue put us completely at ease.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and Owen to anyone dealing with a rat problem.

The Team at Vermin8 carried out a Pest survey as a follow on to a surveyors report on a house purchase for us. The teams knowledge and efficiency in both their initial response, arranging a survey date and delivering a report were fantastic and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing support.

After lots of pest controllers putting down traps and poison only to find problem kept returning, Vermin8 spent ages, with specialist equipment, finding where the problem was coming from and fixing it. Polite, pleasant and most importantly thorough. All at reasonable price. Would 100% recommend.

Brilliant service. You cannot find a more honest team. My next door neighbours had a problem when you are in semi detached that problem can soon be your problem so I got Tom in. He was so professional found their problem was because of a pipe left redundant when they had their extension. He was able to find the problem and then also fix it.

I can finally relax knowing the problem has now been resolved and at such a reasonable price.

Cannot reccommend this company highly enough. I called them and Tom attended the next day (so stopped me moving out haha) he immediately identified the problem but also then checked my property to identify where the problem has come from so he could also fix this too as part of his service. Really knowledgeable, knows his stuff, fairly priced and just a genuine nice down to earth guy. Will be recommending to everyone! Thank you 👍

We have used other pest control people in the past but they didn’t come close to Tom. He was so thorough, really knows his stuff and worked out how rats were getting access to our house, rather than just putting traps / poison down and hoping for the best. He has solved a problem which has plagued us for a while. I am very grateful and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Thomas and Owen were thoroughly professional throughout. Their knowledge and expertise in finding the route of the problem and putting in an action plan to deal with it was exemplary. All this for a very fair price as well!

The team were brilliant, came out the next day to check out my property due to mice coming in! They put some traps down and revisited the following week, meshed the entry point. Great value for money, approachable and lovely lads!
