I have tried calling three times and…

I have tried calling three times and waited 20 minutes each time without anyone answering. There is no callback system, so I am just wasting my money. I also couldn't book an appointment online, and when I visited your Pasila office, there were no available times.

How are people supposed to get help with their tax matters if every way of contacting you fails? Honestly, the experience feels like a scam. This is unacceptable customer service and needs to be addressed.
