I replace our kitchen tap the first hot water tap we had was all ways needing the boiler reprogramed then the spring failed so did some research and decided on version it's been briliant easy to fit and no problems with tank which is actually bigger capacity than our last over all first class nice finish tap

4 in 1 tap strongly avoid
We brought a 4 in 1 tap with chiller and boiling water. The tap we received was faulty leaking from the base. It has been 72 hours and still no replacement tap sent. It has cost me an awful lot in plumbing/labour. Email communication is non existent and no physical number. As it stands I would not suggest this company at any cost. Strongly Avoid. If the company takes a common sense approach and compensates me and gets this sorted asap I may update my review.

This is because we always to to resolve the issue the lease disruptive way, however, we completely understand that having a faulty tap, along with the additional plumbing and labour costs, was understandably frustrating and inconvenient.
