After a shaky start where I struggled to get hold of Kerry and was quite worried, she was apologetic nd extremely kind and helpful. I ordered a lovely kimono but the design didn’t suit me and she chose one that was perfect by using a photo of me to match the colour and design. She is an individual not a large company so it cn take time to hear back, but I absolutely love my kimono dressing gown and agree that it’s a friend for life

What incredible customer service! I ordered a beautiful kimono and Kerry reached out by email to notify me that the only stock remaining of this kimono had the belt missing.
Kerry let me know that she was having a belt made but also gave me the option of a refund or exchange of I didn’t want to wait.
It is not often you get good customer service anymore but Kerry has gone over and above.
Very highly recommended! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful gown.

The silk bamboo kimono is beautiful, and the delivery etc. was good. BUT though I followed the washing instructions (cool water by hand), it shrank substantially and is now too small. I could have had it dry cleaned instead, but there was no warning about shrinkage in water. Very disappointing as not cheap.

I bought one of the kimonos for my mum. She’s absolutely thrilled. The garment is beautifully made and the service I received from Kerry was outstanding. Will be telling all my girlfriends about this fabulous company !

This company which sells a range of gowns and shirts online offers absolutely NO support service to its customers. I ordered goods from them 10 days ago which have simply disappeared largely due to the company not providing a tracking number for a Royal Mail delivery. I have written several emails to their “ Support” address and had no response. They give no telephone number on their website. My wife now has no birthday present and I’m beginning to wonder if this company is simply a scam. If not it treats its customers with utter contempt. I strongly advise to be very careful if ordering anything from them.
