Awful service
Hello,
I have to give you the worst grade, when I did not receive yet the parcel with the ordered versoshield.
10 days ago I have sent an e mail and nobody has answered me.
After I got the confirmation e mail that it is ordered my account has been debited and for now nothing.
Please solve the problem or return me the money or tell me where it is and when I will receive the package?

Delivery of your package to Croatia was confirmed and delivery attempted to the address you gave us twice so as a company we did all we could and maybe if you had gone to the postoffice as instructed, your parcel would have been there. Royal mail do thier best to get parcels to there destination. In any case now we have refunded your money and we concider the matter resolved. Kind Regards

Super quick service & free postage to boot! The product is good quality & I was happy to be able to buy replacement screens for my visor, as my work (who originally supplied me with the visor) didn't have any spares. Working in retail means being close to the public at the moment, so my Versoshield visor gives me a little bit more peace of mind that I'm protecting myself as much as I can.

Versoshield Pro - Good and well made.
Seems a good Visor for when training. Initial comment is the adjusting side thumb screws for raising/lowering the visor can and do work a little loose. Materials seem good quality and although not cheap the visor does feel comfortable in use. I like the forehead padding. Cannot comment on durability yet as only used once to date.

The plastic was very hard and stiff
The plastic was very hard and stiff, not very flexible and broke at assembly point. I got a second one and had the same issue.
Never got to use it. Very expensive for what it is (£14.99). You can find better quality, competing products online for a 5th of the price. All in all: a disappointment.

Thank you for your one star review. The plastic only brakes when it is forced without being lined up. There are instructions in the packet outlining this. I know we have already refunded you, but if you want us to send you a Vesrsoshield Lite already assembled we are more than happy to do so. Thankfully this issue rarely happens. Regards Ian
