I dealt with Pouya Azari who has assited me to purchase an off plan property.
This is my first time to invest with Track Capital. He was amazing right from the start. His level of professionalism and kindness was second to none and I'm so excited for the future ahead.

Steer clear! Track Capital were great whilst the deal was going ahead but disastrous when things changed. I requested my funds back as outlined in the heads of terms but they refused to engage and are now withholding information to my solicitor. Sadly we need to litigate against them and the vendor for a return of funds.

I am glad I chose to purchase the property through Track Capital, with the assistance of Magda who had been amazing throughout the process. Magda is very knowledgeable, and extremely polite and helpful. She made the whole process feel painless, I will definitely be recommending the services of Track Capital.
