This is a terrible site - seems like a complete and utter fake!

As of a week ago, the app can not be accessed - seems that the have shut down the application!

Luckily I had only a small amount invested and everytime I tried to withdraw it was one excuse after another as to why there were delays or that my requested for a withdrawal needed approvals!!

Stay away if they comeback online!!!

All of the ‘experts’ do not exist when you check on genuine platforms!

I also have the chat proof of my discussions but nowhere I can complain to!

The site (Vertex Lab) appears connected to something called VUBE Exchange, which claims to be a crypto trading platform Offering 500+ trading pairs.
There is no evidence that this platform is registered with major regulators like:
• Financial Conduct Authority (UK)
• U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
• Commodity Futures Trading Commission

I have been restricted to withdrawal of my assets in the exchange, giving conditions that are not obtainable anywhere and also asking to pay commission to a wallet from and external wallet.

The customer service also informed me that I need to make payment of some fees to a project team, after such fees has been paid, the project team will contact them to lift withdrawal restrictions. All the chat evidence with the VUBE exchange platform is been saved.

it is so easy to make deposit into the VUBE PRO crypto trading exchange, but withdrawals are very difficult, they only allow you to make only two withdrawals and afterwards it becomes extremely difficult to withdraw. It's a case of you seeing your USDC balance on your account but you cannot withdraw it.
