Awful experience! They ‘had a driver’ and we paid the $200 deposit. Then he never showed up. He ‘broke down’ on the way. Didn’t find another driver and now headed to small claims court for the $200 they won’t refund. SCAM!!!!

I researched numerous auto ship companies and received too many outrageously overpriced quotes from some not so reputable and reliable companies. Then Rebecca Ken reached out to me. This service quoted $400 to move my car from S. Ft Myers to Pensacola. After much back and forth, I was told the driver makes the final price decision. I was mislead with the $400 fee - at the end I paid $960. More than double the quoted $400. My advice - run from the company!

The people were friendly and I did receive a refund for the down payment but the service itself was not great. The pick-up was missed twice due to the driver’s truck not working. When a driver was located, the price increased from the initial quote and the delivery time was extended. So, I kindly requested a refund which they did return.
