Great company, excellent communication

If I could give them a zero I would. I scheduled my vehicle for pickup and they said no problem. They sent me an estimate that was not guaranteed but assured me it would not be crazy. The pickup date went by with zero communication, I called them and they said tomorrow. After 2 days I heard nothing so I called them again. They told me no problem we can have it picked up today or tomorrow. We have now left the area and are without a car. When I told them of the urgency, they suddenly found a driver. The original quote was $445 they found a driver and said it would now be $1800. I told them that quote was unacceptable and they came back with $1500. I am now jumping on a plane and going to pick the vehicle up myself and driving the 1100 miles on my own. These people will tell you anything to get your business and can’t support their quotes. Beware of these scammers. Stay away from you have been warned. 😡😡

Do not bother calling this company. They will bait and switch the price. Got a date and and was told they would call with drivers info. No call, so I called and then they proceeded to blame each other. Got another date and driver name and then that didn’t go well too. Driver later said he wasn’t the driver and he was the dispatcher but then said he is a driver when need be. Then he gave me date and another driver info and that didn’t go through. This company will just play games and just BS and try to raise the price knowing it’s getting later in the month and then they feel you have no choice to do it. Don’t use them.

Process was easy. Sam wood was the guy helping me. Found me a truck in matter of hours.

One day before we were going to take a trip across 4 states..Vertex called us and told us that the price had went up. They had given us an estimate of about $545.00 with $150.00 deposit. It was a small car and we wanted it to be brought from California to Texas. On the day before we were going to start our travels, we get notified that the price is now $1,499.00. This is more than double the price we were quoted. Now I am aware that an estimate is just that...but in my 63 years on this earth, I have never had an estimate increase by more than $900.00. What could we do? We would have had to leave the car at someone's house and hopefully have someone pick up the car 2-3 days later. We were pushed up against the wall and had to pay $900.00 more. Moving is already expensive and to have Vertex gauge us at the last minute - what were we to do? There are better companies out there. If I was you I would pick anyone by Vertex.

My bumper got ripped off because they didn’t tie my SxS down properly and I filed a claim, they told me they would take care of it. Now they will not take my call or call me back!

Took a deposit and never scheduled pick up. Refuses to give me my deposit back since it was them who didnt complete the service.

First I was hesitant about the company,but after I talked woth Sean John I was assured my car and truck are in good hands. Vertex came through for me in the most demanding time. I had a plane ticket the next day and sean made it happen. If you need a car or truck shipped call vertex you will not be disappointed. 5 stars from me and I went from oklahoma to California! Thank you Sean yiu deserve a raise! I will be using this company again in the future
