Vertical Realities is a specialist XR managed services company. We help organisations source, deploy and scale the immersive technology they have invested in, so it delivers real results, not just a promising pilot. Most enterprise VR and AR programmes stall after the first success. Around three quarters of trials fail, and the technology gets the blame. We see it differently. The problem is rarely the headset or software. It is the lack of a proper support structure around it: deployment, training, device management and, above all, a plan to get people actually using it. That is the gap we fill. We handle the entire journey: consultancy and Art of the Possible workshops, hardware and software procurement, staging, training, user adoption programmes and ongoing managed support from our UK based team. Having worked across more than thirty XR platforms and deployed solutions worldwide, we bring independent, practical advice rather than a single vendor's sales pitch. We work directly with enterprises and through a trusted reseller network. From healthcare to education and manufacturing, we have helped teams turn early experiments into programmes that stick. Whatever the route, our goal is the same: immersive technology that scales, gets used and proves its value.

Amazing support for Education

Georgie, George and the team have been absolutely fantastic from start to now. We received all the information and more when we were deciding which company we wanted to work with, and the personable and supportive customer service this team had made us stick with them! They understand the importance of choosing the right software for your devices, and then they connect you with the right people. We get month reports for our devices and any time I have any issues, I know that I will get an email back within the hour, if not sooner!! I would recommend them for any educational institute! Thank you so much.

excellent customer care, Knowledge base and ethics.

I have had help from Vertical realities working at bot FE and HE institutions.
My dealings with Vertical Realities have been wholly professional and it is clear the entire team are passionate about helping customers find the right solutions to any project. I have needed their support for both small and large scale projects, which were both handled with the efficiency I would expect, and the personal care and attention that raises them above other similar companies I have had to deal with.

I heartily recommend these guys to anyone needing their services.

More than a supplier...a valued partner!

We have built a fantastic working relationship with Vertical Realities, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

They play a key role in supporting us with storing our SyncVR equipment, configuring systems, and preparing everything ready to be sent out to customers. They are always responsive, reliable, and incredibly flexible when changes or last-minute adjustments are needed.

Communication with the team is always easy, they are quick to respond, always happy to help, and I know I can pick up the phone and get support whenever I need it. Their knowledge of technology and the products they work with is excellent, and they are always a great source of advice and guidance.
