I purchased a vehicle in February 2026. This went smoothly and the salesman Shayne Robotham was very good and assured that the car would be checked before I bought it. Within 2 weeks the drivers seat failed as the adjuster handle had broken away from the main seat. I am afraid that having raised the complaint immediately I was passed from Shayne to Edward Stephens, A Manager. I and am still chasing resolution some 4 months later. I had to chase them repeatedly and was left feeling that, as they had my money I was not a priority. The seat had clearly been patched as the stitching had come away and should have been picked up in their checks before they sold me the vehicle. I am really Dissapointed as I don't expect this level of service from a main dealer. I am now considering raising a complaint to the Motor Ombudsman if the complaint isn't addressed soon.
I have purchased a Toyota chr plus from vertu Toyota Rotherham and my experience with the whole team was amazing , All the the team are approachable and friendly and nothing is to much trouble no matter how small the query is . I mainly was supported throw my purchase by Raul who answered all my questions and queries (of which there have been many as I am new to EV driving ) and I felt he went the extra mile with his service and care to ensure that I was happy before proceeding with the purchase of my car. I will definitely use this dealership again and would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a car., as not only purchasing my car but all the after purchase service is also amazing .

Me and my wife upgraded our matching cars this month after a call from Ross at Vertu Hillsborough.
He made the whole experience effortless for us. He's gone above and beyond to accommodate us.
Ross has been amazing through the whole process, hes managed to get us pretty much matching number plates.
The cars were waiting on display in the showroom for us when we picked them up which was a nice little touch.
He helped with everything, from setting up my phone with the incar system to showing me how everything worked and the new features the upgrades had.

Extremely pleased with our Land Rover Range Rover Sport Auto Diesel vehicle purchased from Vertu Land Rover at Matford Exeter, the service was brilliant. This is our second time getting our new car from Nissan in the last 6 years and the whole experience has been fantastic. Saw a vehicle I was interested in on the web and contacted the Derby branch. Reserved the vehicle and went to view it a couple of days later. Matthew,the sales person was very helpful and did me a walk around video of the car concentrating on the areas of particular interest to myself. On the day of the viewing he sent me another message to advise that the vehicle was all prepped & fuelled for a test drive. I really liked the car when I saw it and a test drive sealed the deal. Negotiations ensued relating to trading in my existing vehicle and a range of options were offered on the new car (warranty, insurance's, Diamond Bright etc) and a deal was done. I was very happy with the whole experience. All the staff we dealt with where polite and helpful. We were offered drinks and made to feel quite relaxed. I would certainly recommend Vertu and would have no hesitation in returning to purchase a vehicle off them again in the future. As it stands at the moment I found the car I was after with the spec and colour that I liked,with minimal fuss . I found the completion of the paperwork straight forward with Matt's help and he even explained to me what I needed to do to sort my private number plate as I had never swapped it over to a new vehicle.
Thanks to all I dealt with at Vertu it was an enjoyable experience (and the new car is GREAT!)
