Top marks to Steve and the team…
Steve has been amazing in supporting me through the purchase of my Streetfighter V2, especially with the part ex of my previous motorcycle. Every time I go into the showroom in Boldon, I find Steve and the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly regardless of how busy they are - would strongly recommend Ducati Sunderland for anyone wishing to purchase a new or used motorcycle.

Purchased my first bike from Vertu Honda Stockton store. Absolutely love the bike and the service was top quality. Curtis was really helpful and brilliant throughout the purchase of my bike! Everything was done quick and easy and communication was top class whether it be through calls or emails. Delivery was also a massive bonus and the driver who dropped the bike off to my house gave me all the info I need on the bike and made me feel really even more confident with the purchase I’d made. Outstanding service from Vertu Motorcycles in Exeter from start to finish. I recently purchased a BMW RT1300 bike through them, and the entire experience was absolutely first class. A huge thank you goes to Darren Duff, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, answering all my questions without any pushy sales tactics. My experience with Vertu BMW Sunderland…
My experience with Vertu BMW Sunderland was nothing short of first class. I initially saw Mark Exley and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful taking me through options and a test ride.
On the day I went to collect my new motorcycle I was taken through the process with an excellent young salesman by the name of Jonny Bland who again couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful guiding me through every part of the process and setting my bike up for my requirements.
To cut a long story short I damaged the front brake disc after only an hour or so my own stupid fault..!!
I returned to my dealer for help and Jonny organised a demo bike for me without hesitation, went out his way to find a top box so that I could put all my stuff in and ride home as bike was not in action. I should also mention Jonny installed a Givi top box plate on arrival to my new bike which I had to leave behind, a new break disc ordered and into the workshop..!!
I rate Jonny highly enough I will be back in the future.👌👌👌
