Alex made feel welcome from the start
Alex made feel welcome from the start. He gave me a good deal on my p/x and the deal was done. On pick up day the bike was ready to go. Alex then talked me through all the tech on the bike and was very knowledgeable.

I must say Rebecca and Steve at Virtu Sunderland have been fantastic with the sales process of my new bike .

Seamless throughout
The whole experience of buying my BMW R1250RS from Motorrad Exeter can only be described as “seamless”. Tom (my sales guy) looked after me and was professional, attentive, courteous and genuine throughout… nothing seemed too much trouble or forced… I felt extremely valued, important and well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend buying a new or used bike from Tom and the team at the Exeter dealership and I hope to return.

Max the technician is a STAR
Dropped a mate off to pick his new bike up & my GS Adventure wouldn't start at BMW Sunderland, so Max in the workshop managed to have a quick look, just to see if it was a quick fix, but wasn't. So left it with them & a couple of days later, bike sorted. Both Dave's on service reception were great, very helpful even though busy & Max the technician is a STAR. When I picked bike up Max took the time to explain the fault was with one of the sparkplug coil-pack wires with had vibrated loose/slightly unclipped, which I wasn't expecting, but much appreciate for future reference. Max should definitely be getting a pay raise for has knowledge/experience & approachable manner - spot-on young man, keep it up:)

Excellent service from excellent staff
I had my bike serviced on a Tuesday, during this time the staff were welcoming and made sure I had a coffee.
While I waited I spoke with Ian King whom I've dealt with before and expressed an interest in trading in for an upgrade. He understood exactly what I wanted and provided a quotation to suit.
Fortunately they had exactly what I wanted in stock and they expedited all the paperwork in a professional manner.
I collected my new bike on good Friday, even though it was a bank holiday Ian was there to make sure everything went smoothly.
