Vertu BMW Rotherham - Just how BMW Motorrad stores should be!
I was looking for a motorcycle and had not made my mind up which one. I took two BMW's for a test ride and was really pleased with the approach BMW took - 'no rush; we want to make sure you get the right bike' approach. In the end BMW Rotherham gave me a deal I could not turn down and so I purchased a new one from Joshua, at this branch. He was outstanding. He listened and understood my budget limits and worked to get me the bike I wanted within the budget I had.
When I picked the bike up, it was covered up and a lovely sign was sat in front of the bike as a presentation layer. Joshua took personal responsibility for ensuring the hand over was as special for me as it could be and I rode away a very happy man.
I would highly recommend Vertu BMW Rotherham for people looking for a special and personal approach. It felt like they were proud to be building a community and Josh is a shining example of what I would hope for when approaching a brand like BMW.
I went to Rotherham BMW as they had been recommended by a guy I met on a R1300 GSA. From the comments from this gent, I can only assume he had the same outstanding experience.

Worked hard to get a good deal on the bike I wanted. Friendly staff and good service.
Only suggestions for improvements is to make the handover a bit more personalised. For instance, a key ring instead of a plastic tag, ask me if I will be solo or with passenger so the tyre pressures can be set to suit me straight away. Just little things. Overall 5 star !!!

Everyone I dealt with from sales to service was great. They couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my needs (and wants) when I was struggling to make a decision on which bike to go for, giving me loads of time to ride the bikes and putting no pressure on the decision.
Once made they sorted the right bike and got it to me in double quick time.

Lovely bike, great experience
This was an opportunity to fulfil a dream and spend a lot of money. A review should be read in that context. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and professional in guiding you through a complex set of questions and coming to a conclusion. The experience was as it should be and 5 star. If I want to be picky, there is a little coordination issue with the centralised call centres and the local branch but as I said that is being picky. I look forward to working with them more.
