We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Calum Druce-Morgan (Vertu BMW Bridgwater) and I can honestly say he was an absolute standout. Calum was genuinely lovely from start to finish, the perfect mix of professional and personable.
I’ll admit it, I’m a very difficult customer due to past poor experiences, and I probably drove him up the wall more than once, but Calum was nothing but gracious patient and completely understanding of my needs. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, he explained everything clearly without any of the pushiness you sometimes expect from car sales. On top of that, he’s a bit of a cheeky chappy which made the whole experience far more enjoyable than I expected. He kept things light but always stayed professional where it counted.
If you’re looking for a great salesman who genuinely cares about getting things right for you, Calum is your guy. Highly recommended!

Simon Gaydon was very helpful and very attentive, first time buying myself a car and was very good at explaining everything. What was easy is that everything is mostly done online so it’s very quick and helps the progress move quickly! Simon was also very quick with emails especially when I had questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend Seeing Simon Gaydon when wanting to even look at a car or to purchase a car. My new car was in immaculate condition, also was very quick in doing the dash cams that were recommended from the company and I can say it is really good and easy to get the recording just from the app. Again really good customer service and highly recommend going to Bridgwater BMW Vertu/MINI and speaking to Simon Gaydon.

Do not get your used car serviced here , here is a list of issues I have had with very poor service .
1 : gear box serviced , didn’t work smoothly so I took it back , they couldn’t find anything wrong ? Ended up taking it to grants in wellington (specialist very good ) they found they didn’t put enough oil in 2.5l short.
2 : paid £199 for wheel alignment still out after 2 visits .
3: car serviced asked at the desk has it been updated on the car , he said yes got home No and 1litre of oil short .
4: first visit paid £2000 car went into limp mode , at the desk they say before checking if our quality of work is good we charge for a diagnostic ( made aware 3 times before they checked on 3 visits .🫣

Service manager poor at responding to your emails , eventually managed to get my bill paid from the other garage and the wheel alignment money back , summary too many junior mechanic issues , hoping my gearbox didn’t get damaged after 400 miles of driving it without enough oil !!!?🤔

The ix is a belter and this is my second ix from BMW. I dealt with Mark who was awesome, knowledgeable, helpful and a great character.

Popped into Vertu motors in Bridgwater today to collect my new BMW M2. It’s an absolutely stunning car and absolutely chuffed to bits with everything about it.Had it factory built and from point of order to collection the guys at Vertu Bridgwater couldn't of been any more helpfull and really did make the whole purchasing experience a pleasure.Matt made reveal/collection day a great day and will definitely be returning again for my next purchase ……….if you want a great car, great deal and to be really well looked after get yourselves down to BMW Bridgwater :)
