The salesperson Jack was professional and helpful throughout the process.
In fact, the contact with Vertu BMW York, both on the phone and in person, was very much customer orientated. Everything about the vehicle and finance was explained clearly. Even the Sales Manager, Chris, who had used the car for the previous 6 months, came to greet us and answer any question we may have had.
I even spoke to a gentleman who was clearing the forecourt as I was picking up the car, who asked me was I buying the car and was I happy with it. When I asked him what he did at the garage, he explained that he was the General Sales Manager and he was just helping out to help clear up at the end of the day. I was surprised, but it just added to the positive customer experience.

We enjoyed looking for a new car with your Sales Representative and he was so professional and we could understand everything he said and did.Really nice and friendly bloke.

What was not good was the remote head office if that is what it was. The irritation of talking to people In Newcastle?, who could not care less pretending to be in York. The head office electronic paper work, that didn’t work. The cancellation message I got just before I set off to pickup my car. You need to look at this, we also have a BMW from York and we have problems with your northern HQ. What a pity to spoil the service provided locally.

Well it is always great buying a new car, but how Vertu and particularly Denim helped was his nice manor.
Denim, whilst professional and informative came across like the lad next door who you've known for years, so to speak.

Andrew looked after us from start to finish. He was upfront and honest, answered all our questions and stayed in touch between first looking to collection.
It was well worth the 2 hour drive to York and an even better drive back in my new X7.

Cameron was brilliant - he explained everything clearly, and worked with me for timing to collect my new car.

Having recently decided to change our car we called at Virtu York. We were met by Ben and explained that we intended to visit several showrooms before deciding on a make/model in which we may be interested, we would not be buying a car until we had looked at options. Ben suggested that we considered a Series 1 and showed us an example. It was soon clear that this was a contender and Ben further suggested a test drive to satisfy ourselves that this could be one to consider. Having done so we talked to Ben about financing a purchase. Our preference was for a used car, perhaps 12 months old. However Ben showed us that with the current promotion being offered a new vehicle was a better option. After some discussion with him and then with Chris we reached agreement and despite our earlier intention to look round we bought a car. The whole process was efficient and pleasant, including the transfer of my private plate. Ben kept in touch over the next few days and completed the handover with his usual charm. Added to this a tutorial by Phil on the technical capabilities of the car was welcome and given our lack of ‘tech’ knowledge was conducted with patience and good humour.
We are delighted with the car cannot speak highly enough of Ben’s professionalism, Chris’s advice and understanding and Phil’s demonstration. All in all an excellent experience and we will have no hesitation in recommending Virtu York to our friends

I travelled to York from North Wales to purchase my car as I was quite definite in the specification I wanted. I was picked up from the station by a member of staff and then met Neil whom I had corresponded with following my initial enquiry regarding the car.
Neil kept in touch with me over the next few days and made the buying and collection process straightforward .

Carl was very helpful, fantastic customer service although we didn’t meet in person & it was all done over the phone .& email .Everything was explained & a video was sent , easy decision to buy my mini online arranged for delivery to my house found the process stress free .A follow up phone call was good , if I need any advice I wouldn’t hesitate to ask . My John Cooper Works mini is a dream to drive I’m very happy .
