Asked for my vehicle to be in for 9am…
Asked for my vehicle to be in for 9am Monday morning for a simple MOT. It's now Tuesday 2pm and I have just been told it's at another garage for its MOT. Same thing happened last year. It's my wav van with a ramp for my wheelchair or mobility scooter and we don't get anything that fits my aids to drive while they have my vehicle. Two days stuck in the house because they can't do a simple MOT on my van. The garage is a joke. P.S regards to the LIE below if there's anything I HATE is Ignorance and Lies. If they had a way to add videos about your silly comment about it being to heavy for the ramp I would show my vehicle on your ramp for every time it's been in for its service or for a fix. Unlike your company who tells us you don't keep records on the insurance paperwork and whatever you like to see I keep everything from the garage until my next vehicle is due. Yes we had a call at 4.30pm to say my vehicle should be ready after 5.30pm. let's see?

Great customer service by Liam, there was an issue with the centre not opening on time; but Liam could see that I was waiting, so he came over, explained what was happening and apologised. He then went through the booking in process with me, and called me to say my car was ready to collect, all very efficient.
