After ordering our new car we were kept in the loop as to when it will be delivered. the process was handled professionally by Aqib our sales person. On hand over they made sure we were happy with the car setup and answered the few questions we had. I would recommend Fords Carville Durham if thinking of buying a Ford.

In the initial stages had to chase the salesman just to get a response. Eventually sorted a deal and upon collecting the vehicle it wasn’t clean. Had it back in for another valet and still lots of interior marks. Complained again still waiting for a response. Shower of shit!
