Jack was very helpful in the sales process, providing details on the car and the additional extras such as warranty and service plan.

The reason for my low star review is to do with the after care I received. When buying a car remotely, you have trust in the dealer and their standards. Unfortunately, when asked several times about the condition of the wheels and body work, I was informed that they were magnificent and showed zero signs of wear and tear. Upon receiving the car, I found issues with the wheels, with 1 having chipped paint and the other being curbed. The body work had a poor touch up which was clearly visible and the rear panel has minor scratching. I was assured the preparation phase would resolve any issues if there were any. At first, I was told Honda Boston would take car of this, however when sending quotes to address the issues, Honda Boston went back on their word and only providing a partial amount of £150 to cover 1 of the wheels and no body work. Ultimately, I love the car but the breakdown of trust would leave me avoiding this dealer in the future.

Having found a vehicle I wished to possibly purchase I made a visit to the Vertu Honda dealership in Boston. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional helpful and courteousness of the team.

At short notice I was able to test drive the vehicle was supplied all the information I needed regarding the vehicle and most importantly I was not pressured as I had explained that the vehicle had to meet the needs of my elderly Mother who would be a passenger on a daily basis.

Firstly I would like to thank Elisha who in view of the fact she had only recently joined gave an impeccable service everything you would want for someone working in a sales environment.

Been researching a new'ish car for some time now and decided to check out Boston Honda. What was it like - Wow! First class service no pressurised sales tactics, although attentive at the same time. Aaron and the team made me feel at ease and we seemed to breeze through the entire experience from hello, to handing over the keys.
