Great service

Great service, exceptional customer care, The sales experience was very, very good, handover was excellent.

However the actual online central Honda purchase system was an absolute nightmare for customers and sales staff!!!

Refreshing change ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

But I am happy to say Vertu has done everything and more which was agreed without any issues so it’s been a pleasure to purchase from a customer focused company it made a refreshing change so I would certainly them

Excellent Service

I was looking to upgrade my Honda and I had seen a Honda that I liked but as I inquired about the car it was reserved luckily I was speaking to Andrea at Honda virtu in Durham she said that I will do my best to find you another and she did the car was a demonstrator and became available the only problem is that I live in Surrey and was probably 300 miles away but that was not a problem as a deal was done after speaking with Andrea and Manny I purchased the car and a very nice chap Imran delivered the car and collected my car as a Px.I would like to thank all the team for a great service from start to finish I would highly recommend The team if you are looking to buy a car from them 5 stars all round.

My 1st Honda Vcl - great buying experience.

Just bought my first used Honda HRV from Vertu Durham and was delighted with my buying experience from start to finish. No hassle, no fuss, every step of the process carefully explained by a respectful, courteous salesman (Stephen) - great product knowledge. I first visited Vertu Honda in Durham…

I first visited Vertu Honda in Durham to look at a Motability car i had viewed online.I was greeted by Stephen who is one of the Motability team and he showed me the car I was interested in.He offered me a test drive which I accepted and off we went.During the drive he gave me lots of information on the car and I was very impressed with the car and his knowledge.
I have just taken delivery of the car and both the car and Vertu Honda are brilliant.
I would certainly recommend this dealership and their staff after my personal experience.
