I used the MORPETH branch, I needed a replacement part fitted and the experience was outstanding, I mean really perfect in every possible way. The customer service representatives were absolutely fantastic, a really nice group of people who went that extra mile to accommodate me and my son who has severe disabilities. Excellent customer service altogether. I was driven home and back to base again after the repair was made. I've never had that treat before, anywhere else.
I was also given a clear and concise list of faults that will require future attention.
