I recently visited Vertu Honda Plymouth and had a brilliant experience purchasing my brand-new Honda ZR-V Sport. The car looks absolutely incredible in Radiant Red!

Kev and the finance manager (can't remember his name sorry!) were great to deal with, they made it is easy as possible to get my new car and were willing to help with anything I needed. Friendly and professional team. Would definitely go back there to get another car.

I was very satisfied with my experience on 29th April 2026. I was very pleased with the personal welcome from James Beckwith, who helped me check in and informed me about what was happening and an estimate of time it would take. I was a little nervous about the digital aspect I may have encountered but James put my mind at rest and assured me that there would always be someone there to help me. My car was ready at the time he estimated and I received a telephone call to confirm this. James went through the paper work, explained everything to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with how smooth everything worked!

A helpful team takes the stress out of purchasing
As I am in the process of moving to the UK, I have limited credit history and specific needs for a family car around the city, but didn't wish to compromise the sense of security that comes with purchasing through a Honda dealership.
After explaining my situation to the sales lead, he took the time to discuss my needs and went out of his way to find me just the right car, and then co-ordinated with his sales team to ensure the handover could occur on a timeframe that worked for me. Further, all of the sales associates were equally as helpful.
This personal, professional, and friendly service is why my next car will be from the same dealership.

Thoroughly impressed with Vertu Honda in Plymouth. I’ve taken my car in now for a couple of different things and their team are excellent – friendly, thorough, attentive – and nothing is too much trouble. Gemma H has been particularly helpful on my last few visits and has gone over and above to ensure everything I needed help with was addressed - which is really appreciated. The servicing team have also been able to fix issues that other branches haven’t managed to, which instils such confidence. The branch and team really are excellent in my experience so far and I would highly recommend them.

We dealt with George at Vertu Plymouth, and he was extremely courteous, and explained everything very clearly when we were trading in our Jazz for a more recent Jazz model. We had hoped to get a higher trade in price for our old car, but George explained about the defaults on our car, and we accepted this.

Trudy our sales representative kept us well informed as to when a vechicle would be coming in to test drive.
When a vechicle did come in she set us up for a test drive.
We were very comfortable with the test drive and the car itself and decided to purchase the vechicle.
Trudy handled all the paperwork, and everything went smoothly.
There was no pressure sale at all.
She made sure we were absolutely happy with everything and answered all of our questions.
