An absolute fantastic experience.
An absolute fantastic experience from entering the dealership to driving away my new car. I visited Vertu Hyundai Peterlee and was very impressed with the General Sales Manager who was very friendly, listening to my situation to then offer help and advice. I part exchanged my car for a good price and bought a new car. The Sales Executive was excellent he talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. I was amazed at how easy and quick the process was.

Delighted with the service at Vertu…
Delighted with the service at Vertu Peterlee. We drove to the dealership, spoke to Ed regarding a new vehicle as my previous car (Kia Sportage) had recently been written off during a recent storm. We discussed different options and finally decided on an Hyundai Tucson and had a test drive the same day. He was very patient, took us through all the controls and when we got back to the office explained the process for the purchase. Again there was no high pressure sales. We placed a reservation fee on the car but had to wait just over a week until the insurance payment came through. Would definitely recommend not only the dealership but also Ed for their service, commitment and customer satisfaction. Five stars

Exceptional service perterlee vertu…
Went in peterlee vertu with an idea of the car i wanted and a budget, sam Richardson was able to help meet all my expectations and more, from finding the right deal for me to part ex my own car everything went smoothly with more than enough aftercare.
Im so happy with my purchase, after a bad experience at another dealer in Durham, these were 100% professional and kind and helpful no pressure to buy.
To help complete the deal his manager Jordan stepped in to make sure everything was good and that I was 100% happy with everything.
This is my second purchase and both have been an amazing experience, shout out to sam and Jordan for getting the job done!!

FIRST AND LAST HYUNDAI
Rang them regarding a recall on a Hyundai Kona Electric Vehicle to book in for a repair to avoid a potential battery fire. Yhey took all my details so I asked if I could wait with the car and they said thet needed it all day but could provide a courtest car at a cost to me.
I asked why I should pay anything for a safety recall to be told "the fault was Hyundai's it was not theirs".
I booked the car into a different dealer and was told the repair would take approx 1 hour and I could wait with the car.
NOT IMPRESSED !!!!!!!
CONTACTED THE PERSON NOMINATED TO LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT IN VERTU'S REPLY - PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD GET THE MANAGER TO LOOK INTO MI AND REPLY TO ME - NEEDLESS TO SAY AFTER A WEEK THERE HAS BEEN A DEAFENING SILENCE AS EXPECTED

Peterlee Hyundai are the best.
MVertu Hyundai were a great company to deal with especially Peterlee Hyundai.
I was without a car so couldn't travel, but that was no problem for Peterlee Hyundai as they brought the car to me for a test drive. The sales guy, Sam, was a true professional and backed by his boss Jordan they made my whole experience a pure joy.
