Yesterday I collected my new Range Rover Sport from Vertu Land Rover Guiseley and once again, the whole experience reminded me exactly why I keep coming back!
This is now my third Range Rover Sport purchased from Guiseley, and having driven Range Rovers for almost 21 years, I can genuinely say that the dealership and, more importantly, the people you deal with make such a difference.
A huge thank you to Emma, the General Manager, who always goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you genuinely feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. That level of personal service and customer care means an awful lot to me.
I also want to give a special mention to Will, who looked after me throughout the whole process. From keeping me updated by phone and email, and just making sure everything was sorted and ready for collection, he made the whole experience easy, enjoyable and completely stress-free. Thank you Will — you were an absolute star! 🌟
The handover yesterday was fantastic too — even down to the personalised display waiting for me when I arrived. Those little touches really do make buying a new car feel special and let's face it, the RRS is special 😍
And as for the car... I absolutely LOVE my RRS, I couldn't be happier with it 💙 The new colour too is something different for me, inside and out.
I've dealt with other Land Rover dealerships all over the UK over the years and had very different experiences, which is exactly why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Vertu Land Rover in Guiseley. They've looked after me exceptionally well through three cars now and have earned my loyalty because of it.

Collected a brand new car
Collected a brand new car. Scratches on the bonnet and mirrors. Filthy inside. Also scratches inside. Vertu said they would arrange to collect and sort it out. No call as yet. Hand over process took 2 hours. Finally the car brand new car had 108 miles on the clock.

From start to finish of buying our car; Priya was in contact with us advising what was happening and when the car would be ready for collection. Nothing was too much trouble in our buying experience, we would use Vertu Land Rover again for our next purchase.
