I did check my lights before going into service because I have a bad experience. So now it's happened again the same .When there is no faults on the car the inspectors trying to make some more money telling you your lights doesn't work so you need to pay the price and they put on record as well .Ɓefore leaving the MG Beaconsfield service I show all my lights was working. But if I agree with their lie I have to pay £72 for 2 good working lights and i didn't.Second they offer free car wash and hoover but not even that done properly. I'm really disappointed this time about the service I received. I hope they done properly the service on my car.
PS:Before you take your car to them check it ,otherwise you can have big surprise.

From inception to purchase, Carlos and Phil were outstanding. We had the spec, 2x energy saving cars to be leased by our ltd company, one had to be a spacious family car. Carlos delivered, offering us the MG4 and the MGS5. He found both PCP and lease options to show our accountant, tweaking the quotes as we desired. Carlos proved that nothing was too much trouble, he really tried to get the cars sorted for our deadline and his communication, along with Phil proved that they work fluidly as a super team.

When picking car 1 up yesterday, Carlos ensured that I knew all the basics and showed my children and I all the amazing gadgets via the car’s OBC. Again, when I asked for a simple thing (more paper to line the carpets until I got home to put the proper car mats in), he ran to the valets and produced more. What a fantastic salesman, always happy to oblige.

Great customer service isn’t just about ensuring the customer is happy. It’s about anticipating needs and involving all stakeholders, Carlos (and Phil) did just that. I won’t hesitate to recommend MG Beaconsfield to all my friends and family.
