Disappointment for annual service at Renault…
Had my car in for a service at Renault Derby today, the actual communication was great, the ease of drop off, payment and collection were all fantastic however the car wasn’t valeted which I’ve never experienced at a main dealer despite it saying that’s part of the service on the Vertu website and somehow the car had burned through 80 miles worth of fuel! Again never had this issue when having a car serviced before. I’m so disappointed and £400 lighter for the experience!

Excellent experience buying a car from vertu motors Derby.
This is the first car I’ve bought from this company and I’ve been very impressed with their support especially from Wahid Hussain in sales. The car I bought was exactly as described in every respect. I spoke with Wahid regarding a couple of things about the car after the sale and his help and response were over and above anyone I have dealt with in car sales before. I would have no problem recommending Vertu Motors on the level of service I’ve received. This is my honest opinion and I have no connection with this company other than the purchase of a car. The service from start to finish has been excellent. We got a fantastic Renault 5 electric on a business lease. Robert Green was the sales man who dealt with everything. It is great to get this level of service and it is very much appreciated. There was a glitch with the collection, Rob delivered the car to work for us with his boss, who is also a great guy. The best decision I've ever made.

Great overall Experience & Service
Great service, Daniel Redfern explained everything brilliantly when we test drove our new Renault Austral. The paperwork, finance, service plan warranty etc was explained clearly & in a 'Plain English' manner. We didn't come out not understanding what we were signing up for.
On delivery & pick up of our new Renault car, Daniel went through all the cars tech & explained it in a manner that left us fully satisfied, knowledgeable, overall a very positive experience of dealing with Vertu Renault Derby..

He knows every motor, each button and beep,
And somehow remembers your dog’s name is Pete.
So if you need a motor soon,
Or just got paid this afternoon,
Beware the grin, the salesman’s charm —
Dan will have you signing forms and twisting your arm.
He offers free coffee, biscuits as well,
And stories of customers under his spell.
“One bloke came for tyres, completely unplanned…
Left with two SUVs and a jazz band.”
So here’s to Dan, the showroom king,
Who can sell hatchbacks like they’re diamond rings.
For service so good it should come with a fan,
