Both Yeovil and Exeter branch treated me like a VIP and enabled me to get a great outcome. I hate changing my car but they both made the experience a breeze.
Big praise to Ross, Darren and Taylor, the senior managers that supported Jaden Chalker (Yeovil) and Keara Theobald (Exeter) to help me get a great car. Jaden was a delightful and knowledgeable and set me up with the right head space to know what I needed from Volvo, helping me with my first test drives of a V60 and XC60 PHEVs. Keara picked it up from there when I traveled to Exeter on business and was proactive, reactive and really professional in their approach, which inspired great confidence. Keara worked hard to get me my beautiful new car, which I wouldn’t have if it were not for this great customer service.
I was impressed as to how well the branches worked together and followed through efficiently to help my purchase which I’m now enjoying hugely. Great service, great follow through, great outcome.

I cannot praise the service at Vertu enough. My car had a persistent driving belt noise that three different local garages failed to diagnose, costing me over £300 in unnecessary belt replacements.Frustrated, I took the car to Vertu. They accurately diagnosed the issue as a faulty alternator pulley and fixed it promptly. The car now drives quietly and smoothly.I am incredibly grateful to the team, especially Dan Carnell, who excellently managed the service and repair from start to finish. To top it off, they offered 0% interest finance options for the payment, which was a fantastic bonus. Save yourself time and money—go straight to Vertu first!

Friendly , professional service from start to end.
We had researched the car model and build we wanted , George was knowledgeable , offered us a test drive, and kept us up to date with our cars progress. We never felt under pressure to upgrade but were given information on our choices of purchase finance and insurances.

Lovely people, everyone kind considerate and totally helpful, with every aspect of purchasing a vehicle.
I had wants and NOT wants and everyone was fulfilled. Great explanation with test drive, what buttons do what, set my phone up, put my seat so I am comfortable, could not have asked for anything more.
Love the car.
Even sorted my loan, Natwest bank useless I didn't want to use a fiance company, but all good sorted in less than half an hour.
Totally NOT mechanically minded, so much appreciated. Excellent service definitely returning when the time comes. Oh and coffee ☕️ is good 👍 it's a 10++++++ from me.
