Same situation many others had, Large sum of money for Silverstone and no tickets and some BS story. Now disappeared however i have a PI on and now have the Guy Marley and Dan home address!
It's not over yet.
Absolute fraudsters.

Same as other recent reviews, I bought 8 hospitality tickets for the F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone and despite multiple attempts to contact Verve Live leading up to the event no tickets or information came. We had contact from them literally up until the day before the tickets were due to be dispatched and told various reasons why they had not been dispatched but were promised they would be and then received a cancellation email with no prior notice from them. Absolute con artists and should be avoided like the plague!!

SCAM

They took our money and no tickets were ever sent - cancellation email received less than 24 hours before the event.
NO refund came on the day they promised - and subsequent 2 weeks since that day still waiting. Taking further action.

Don't be fooled by the website and the social media claims by this company, avoid this firm at all cost. They claim to be something which they aren't and fraudulently take large sums of money for tickets and hospitality packages which they simply aren't able to fulfill.

We are now pursuing the officers of the company and I suspect we will end up taking legal action.

Had contact with them up until 1 week of the event and when no tickets arrived i tried to call and email on numerous occasions but no answer/reply.
Wish i'd check on trust pilot beforehand.
They are trading as VERVELIVE under SHREE GROUP LTD, which is a on companies house and bank details and company name (Shree Group Ltd) matched when processed the payment through the bank.
I can't believe i've been scammed..............I'm so mad and upset with myself for letting this happen.
I have reported the scam to the bank so fingers crossed

Same as other reviews....no tickets, late cancellation, unable to contact, scamsters, fraudsters. Look out for other names to appear including

Tickets have not turned up, nobody answers an email or a phone call. Appalling customer service....if indeed the company is still trading??

Thieves dealing in stolen information. I don't believe there's any real company or services behind them, just a fraud based out of a London flat.

Booked a corporate table at goodwood festival of speed , kept being told tickets were on their way then finally sent out . Didn’t receive anything and the night before the event got a ‘cancellation’ letter offering apologies! Wouldn’t ever use this company again and would advise others to think before using!

They cancelled less than 24 hours BEFORE the event.

Not able to contact them leading up to the event and to just receive an email 22 hours is absolute abysmal experience.
DO NOT BOOK through them.

Continue to spam my email and unable to unsubscribe - not that I subscribed in the first place. Doesn't seem legit.

Absolutely horrific company.
Ordered tickets, paid for them, they never sent them and wont answer the phone. Total cost of order was £5k.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

No regard for data protection laws. I would not trust this company.
